"The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"My top choice for business trips to Kunming is the Ibis Styles Nanping Pedestrian Street! The location is superb, close to the subway and the Nanping Street commercial area. The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk service is efficient and thoughtful, making it perfect for both work and rest. It has excellent facilities and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The room was spacious, with great natural light and fresh air. In addition to free hot water and tea in the lobby, there are ceramic cups and a kettle in the room. Daily housekeeping, even if you leave the room late, or a change of all towels including shower mat, and water bottles refill. The bedsheets are changed every three days, or if needed even before. There is a clothes line in the shower in case you wash things by hand, and the hotel has a laundry room on the 2nd floor, which has two washing machines, an air dryer and lots of hangers, plus a steamer. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, available 24/7. It is not far from the South Ring Rd. Metro station, or otherwise the hotel has a standby taxi that’s always available."

"This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!"

The disposable towels and bath towels in the room were a thoughtful touch."

The decor has a unique charm, completely free of that cold, impersonal feeling you often get in hotels; instead, it feels wonderfully homey everywhere you look. It's incredibly close to the airport, and the shuttle service was perfectly on time, so there was absolutely no stress about missing my flight or being delayed. "I initially booked this hotel online without much thought, and honestly, the value for money is absolutely incredible. The lobby greeted me with a lovely floral scent, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient, making check-in super fast. They patiently answered all my questions, and when they found out we enjoyed watching sports, they even upgraded us to a deluxe cinema king room. Watching the World Cup on the 120-inch screen was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors or water stains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The whole room was well-ventilated and felt fresh. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new; the lighting, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't bothered by any hallway noise. Downstairs, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, and just a bit further is Qicai Yunnan No.1 City, so you can find any kind of food you're craving. Unfortunately, it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently. I went out without an umbrella, got caught in the rain, and started feeling a bit sick. I ordered some medicine and filled in the address provided by the front desk, but after waiting over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. My phone even showed it as delivered. I called the delivery driver to ask where it was, and it turned out he had delivered it to the wrong building. He refused to come back and redeliver it, and then hung up on me, which made me furious. I asked the front desk for help finding my medicine. When they learned I had a cold, they brought me a cup of hot water for my medicine and thoughtfully brought an umbrella, reminding me that it's rainy season in Kunming and it's better to carry one. Their service truly warmed my heart. I will definitely be strongly recommending this place to my friends here."
