Traveling to Xinjiang with my child this time, I chose the Xizhou Smart Mocha Hotel (East Lake Branch near Kuche Station), and the entire stay completely exceeded my expectations. Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities all scored full marks. I highly recommend it for families with children looking for a place to rest and recharge! The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the main city roads. Parking for self-driving is easy, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far to buy snacks or grab a quick meal, making getting around very hassle-free. The first impression upon entering the hotel was the exceptionally warm and thoughtful front desk service. Check-in was very quick, and the staff even proactively gave a small gift to my child. Their attitude throughout was gentle and patient, and they answered any questions I had with great detail. The service experience was absolutely fantastic.

I booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

I chose this hotel because it’s close to the walking street. However, I found the walking street not as interesting as expected. The more vibrant area is about 700 meters away, where there are many shops and restaurants. That might slightly affect the location score, but overall, the hotel is very comfortable, the staff are helpful, the lobby is elegant, and the breakfast is decent.

The hotel is grand, and the rooms are quite spacious. I have two suggestions, hoping Vienna Hotels can improve its competitiveness in the budget hotel sector, so HUAZHU isn't the only dominant player: the pillows are too soft and uncomfortable; perhaps learn from Hanting 3.5. Also, it's supposed to be a 2 PM check-out, but after 12 PM, you have to get your room card reissued, which isn't very user-friendly. Finally, the restaurant staff's attitude was stiff.

Reasonably priced and great value for money. The air conditioning in the room worked well! It's right on the main road, making transportation very convenient! For such an affordable room rate, they even include breakfast and dinner. Of course, don't set your expectations too high for the breakfast and dinner.

The hotel environment is quiet and clean, with meticulous cleaning in both public areas and guest rooms, free from any unpleasant odors. The natural light and ventilation are excellent. Room amenities are comprehensive; the air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and bedding are well-maintained and function perfectly. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests, providing thoughtful service. I had a comfortable and reassuring stay, and I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and warm, polite service. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Since it's on the second floor, one room near the intersection can get a bit noisy at night. The rooms facing the residential area, however, are very quiet. The bathroom was very clean, but there was a slight drain odor. Closing the bathroom door took care of it. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The rooms are new and spacious, suggesting the hotel opened recently, with excellent facilities. The front desk service was excellent, providing complimentary bottled water and tea. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite refined. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service. The location is superb, conveniently situated near various city attractions and numerous restaurants. Suitable for short-stay trips.

The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was very spacious, so we didn't have to share a table with strangers. The hotel mattress was just right, not too soft or too firm, and the pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The environment was also clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. There is a free parking lot. There are quite a lot of people staying there, but the hotel is very quiet. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk even upgraded the room. They also gave Xinjiang yogurt as a gift when you checked in. The service is great. Great, the bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the breakfast is my favorite. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.
