I don't know if it was my room, but I could clearly hear the TV next door, and even hear the male and female kung fu scene behind me. Fortunately, it didn't make it past midnight. It's been a while since I've encountered a hotel with such impressive soundproofing. Sorry, I can't give it a perfect score."

Upon check-in, I asked the front desk to arrange a quiet room, but they said they were full and couldn't, even though the lobby screen showed available rooms. I only got a room after questioning them, which seemed unnecessary. They should improve their service."

The elevator is a bit old, and it's shared with other floors, but thankfully, you need a key card to access the guest floors."
