"必須給這家酒店打滿分五星！這是我住過最讓人安心、最有温度的酒店，沒有之一！ 事情是這樣的：昨天退房後我就直接趕車去荊州坐高鐵去了下一個城市，一路上忙着趕車、處理工作，完全沒發現自己的公文包落在了酒店房間裏。直到下午三點多，我突然接到一個陌生來電，説是XX酒店的前台，問我是不是遺失了一個黑色公文包。我當時整個人都懵了，翻了半天行李才反應過來——包真的丟了！裏面不光有幾千塊現金，還有我的工作U盤、身份證和好幾份重要合同。要是真丟了，不光是財產損失，後續補辦證件、補做工作的麻煩簡直不敢想。前台小姐姐特別温柔，先安撫我別著急，説包是客房的田姐打掃衞生時在床縫裡發現的，第一時間就送到了前台，還特意叮囑要趕緊聯繫失主，怕我着急。我甚至都還沒發現東西丟了，酒店就已經主動找到我了，這種責任心真的太讓人感動了。因為我已經到了外地，沒法回去取，前台又耐心幫我核對訊息、確認郵寄地址，還特意找了順豐保價，仔仔細細把包裝好，當天就給我寄了出來。今天收到包裹，裏面的東西整整齊齊，現金一分不少，電腦和文件都完好無損，甚至連我包裏的小零食都原封不動地在裏面。説實話，出差這麼多年，住過的酒店不計其數，但這麼負責任、這麼有人情味的真的不多。客房的大姐撿到貴重物品不貪心，第一時間上交還想着趕緊聯繫失主；前台工作人員全程耐心細緻，處理得又快又穩妥。能培養出這麼好的員工，説明這家酒店的管理真的很到位，從上到下都把客人的事放在心上。這家酒店不光服務好，硬件也很在線——房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，隔音也很好，早餐種類豐富味道也不錯，地理位置出門辦事也方便。但最打動我的，還是這份把客人的利益放在第一位的真誠。 真的特別感謝客房的田姐，也感謝前台的所有工作人員，你們讓我感受到了這座城市的温暖。以後再來這邊，我一定還住這裏，也會毫不猶豫地推薦給身邊的朋友和同事。 良心酒店，值得被更多人看到！👍"
