"At 3:19 PM on May 22, 2026, having just finished the first round of negotiations with my partner, I dragged my 24-inch suitcase, covered in airline baggage tags, into the pre-booked business hotel. The lobby had gleaming light gray marble countertops, and a faint scent of white tea filled the air. Check-in was efficient; I received my room key in less than three minutes by swiping my ID. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was a floor-to-ceiling window offering a panoramic view of the city's central business district. Beige desks and chairs were placed by the window, with a notebook bearing the hotel logo and a retractable pen already laid out on the desk. A built-in charging port for laptops was conveniently located under the built-in desk. A smart panel by the bedside allowed for one-touch adjustment of lighting and curtains. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation; a disposable shaving kit and mouthwash were provided alongside the customized toiletries. The overall environment was clean and practical, perfectly suited to my work needs for the next three days of my business trip."

"The environment of the homestay is good and quiet. The interior and exterior decoration are very design and atmosphere. There is a coffee machine at the front desk and a light coffee aroma in the front hall of the hotel. The hotel has a separate small yard for parking. The boss is very enthusiastic and will call in advance to confirm, more careful and gentle. The package I chose included breakfast and afternoon tea service. There is a special restaurant, you can also ask people to send it up on WeChat. Breakfast can be selected Chinese or Western, and the Chinese style I chose is Jiugongge and a bowl of porridge. Afternoon tea is bread and coffee, bread seems to be made by the store itself, when it was delivered, it was hot, the shell was crisp and delicious. There is a small balcony outside the room, there are chairs and tables, and the small yard of the hotel is outside. The sun is very beautiful, suitable for sitting on the chair and drinking coffee slowly. Overall, the experience is very good. If I still come to Lushan, I will consider living here again. The picture is the view outside the balcony, walking in a hurry, others forgot to take it. I wish the boss business is getting better and better."

"This is one of the best places I have ever stayed from the sound quality and awesome video features in the room, to the friendly staff and awesome location overtop a huge awesome underground mall. I can't stress enough how amazing this place truly is 10 out of 10. I got off the train in Xiangtan not knowing what to expect and because of this amazing hotel I am so happy I did."

"Very satisfied. I loved the self-service area. Although I didn't use it, my family did get snacks, coffee, ice, and sugar-free cola. The room was also very nice, and the bed was very comfortable and restful. We will visit this city often and will stay here again. Parking is also convenient, and the front desk service was very friendly. It's a pity that I only booked one night and tried to extend my stay but was unsuccessful."

"Upgraded business room. The room is spacious and has a wide view and a sunset. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable, and the large tea table is very cool to use. Service attitude is excellent and responsive."

"An unexpectedly perfect stay, highly recommended! My experience at Xana Hotelle was truly a series of pleasant surprises, earning it a full five-star rating! First off, the hotel's location is absolutely superb. Situated in the heart of the city center, it's incredibly convenient whether you're heading to the bustling commercial district or taking the subway to various parts of the city. The subway station and main shopping areas are just a few minutes' walk away, saving both time and effort for business travelers and tourists alike. The surrounding environment is beautiful and peaceful despite being in a lively area, so you don't have to worry about noise at night, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Secondly, the service was exemplary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt truly cared for. The front desk staff were not only professional and efficient, processing my check-in quickly, but also genuinely friendly, making me feel very welcome. What moved me even more was when they learned I was staying to celebrate a small anniversary; they proactively upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully prepared exquisite welcome desserts and a handwritten card in the room. This kind of above-and-beyond attention to detail instantly made me feel a connection with the hotel, filling the entire trip with warmth. Furthermore, the comfort of the guest room was impeccable. The room was even more spacious and bright than I had imagined, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city night views, which was truly breathtaking. The bedding was top-notch; lying on it was soft yet supportive, instantly melting away all the fatigue from travel, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The hygiene was also flawless. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation design, with new facilities, strong water pressure, and quick-heating hot water, making every shower a delight. Finally, the hotel's amenities also reflected its high quality. The gym was well-equipped, meeting my daily workout needs, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious Chinese and Western pastries, energizing me for the day. The room also came with a complimentary mini-bar and high-speed Wi-Fi, showing the hotel's generosity and thoughtfulness at every turn. In summary, from the facilities to the service, Xana Hotelle delivered excellence, offering incredible value for money. I have unhesitatingly saved it to my favorites, and it will undoubtedly be my top choice next time I visit this city! Highly recommended to all travelers seeking quality and comfort!"
