"Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!"

"The receptionist was disrespectful towards me and my partner. She totally ignored us when we arrived, she was busy talking to another staff and she didn't apologise after we complained to her. Aside that, the hotel is nice and comfortable"

"This hotel was very modern, when we arrived the service was amazing, the staff were super helpful. The rooms were so spacious so perfect for two girls who came for a concert! Couldn’t fault it and highly recommend."

"Hotel is in the city centre, so its very noisy but if you book a room here then you should already know, its glorious inside, it's massive! Loved the continent location of the hotel across the road is the castle too, very close to the train station loved all the convince. Rooms need a refurb but the hotel staff do a wonderful job of cleaning. Bed is super comfy and the room is quite big, TV is basic freeview."

"A very nice, simply but comfortably furnished room, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. The en suite bathroom was also spotless and toiletries were provided, shower etc eco friendly, in large glass bottles. The best part was Carl and the restaurant staff, Carl reserved a parking space for me, carried my luggage to my room and parked the sidewalk for me, no fuss, discreet help. The restaurant staff provided a delicious breakfast quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant. Super hotel, super staff, great location."

"I had asked if I could store my luggage a couple of hours before checking in. I cannot recall getting a confirmation of this, which would have notified me that there would be a charge of £5, which the receptionist informed me of when I arrived. Had I have known I would have made other arrangements and not wasted the journey and been inconvenienced. When I arrived a guest was complaining about how warm the rooms were and that the fans provided due nothing and that it was a possible health threat. I pointed out that there was a note on my booking about air conditioning being out of action or words to that effect but in theory, why is this not pointed out before the booking is made? It seems like you want the money and then expect us to jump though the hoops of trying to get a refund from the hotel and washing your hands of the situation as I found when I rang Trip.com - it should be a human right to have decent ventilation but with the hurdles you set in motion, it might be seen that you rely on people giving in and giving up to getting a refund on those grounds and so I did you a favour and stuck with it, fearing the worse for when I checked in later that evening. It could have been a lot better and it could have been worse. The general toilet and area on floor 2 was disgusting and had no toilet paper and seemed not to have been monitored regularly, when I went to use it after checking out. I’m amazed that there is a higher price tag shown to show the saving  on these rooms, in my estimation the lower price I paid should have been the higher price. The standards were so much better when it was The Big Sleep Hotel. *************"

"Extremely convenient, right next to Cardiff's train station – the hotel is literally right outside the exit. The surrounding facilities are also excellent, making it easy to get around. It's a fantastic choice for business trips or leisure travel."

"The staff were magnificent especially a lady called Kim! Very warming, helpful and personable. We travel and stay away for work most weeks and this one was by far the most comfortable and relaxed time for a long time So thank you to the team! Breakfast was fantastic as well."

"Very friendly staff, obliged an earlier check in, beautiful room, spotlessly clean, lovely view of roof terrace. We ate in the restaurant below and was wonderful, would highly recommend and will definitely return"
