Hotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.

A careful and tasteful designed hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed an extra night and expect to be back after our trip in Sumatra. We requested for a car and driver and the staff helped both parties to negotiate a good price. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Very clean hotel compared to the majority of hotels in the city, comfortable, water available and small toasts, coffee and tea available in the morning, excellent value for money

The hotel is very comfortable, like the feeling of Bali. I really like it

With a price under 300 thousand, it is really worth it, because it is equipped with a swimming pool, the children are satisfied to swim up to 2 x, the room is clean, there is amenitis too, the toilet seat, parking can be about 8 cars, cmiiw

Very friendly service, strategic location, spacious parking, clean room, quite big, there is a balcony, just staying this time, no toothbrush and toothpaste, if you can come in front, there is always a toothbrush and toothpaste

Lokaai is close to the city center, spacious parking, friendly security guards and employees, easy access

單人旅遊，很有性價比，而且店家特別好，很友善

Hotel is nice and tidy but for hygiene issues a bit lacking like yellow water etc, And also for the facilities, no tissues, no trash can in the room etc

Nilai plus dri hotel nya lokasi nya dekat pantai.tidak ada sarapan. Kamar tidak bersih. Fasilitas dihotel tidak mencukupi. Staff tidak ramah.
