"Location is walkable from station but I’d still feel that there are hotels that are nearer. There are less foods stalls compared to other hotel. This hotel seem deserted as the only shop below the hotel is only a convenient store, the rest were vacant. Nevertheless, it was good for a night before an early flight tomorrow. It has all the things you need. It has pretty nice view too (I’ve picked the city view). Near to the airport. Good accommodation. Access via Code. Great location if you don‘t want to get too far away from the airport. What was remarkable: the excellent support via messaging from the manager pf the location. Great advice on restaurant and booking taxi for us within minutes. Super!"

"I was a bit worried it wasn't a brand-name hotel, but after staying one night, I actually found it to be pretty good value for money. First, the location is excellent. It's only about a ten-minute subway ride from the airport to Unseo Station, and then just across one intersection from the station. The hotel itself isn't very large, and the facilities are just average, but the room was kept quite clean. The window on the second floor was a bit small, but the soundproofing was excellent, which was perfect for adjusting to jet lag. The hotel only offers a simple breakfast, but it includes coffee, bread, and eggs. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so overall, it's a very convenient place."

"This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own."

"conveniently located in Terminal 1 and next to Matina Lounge. It was a life saver after a long haul flight to not have to deal with a taxi or the train into seoul. The room is pretty barebones, with a small amenity kit and some water bottles. Perfect for the no-frills traveler who just wants to pass-out. There were no windows in my room, only a TV. I did enjoy the complimentary shower products. The ”gym” contains 2 yoga mats, some dumbells, a bench, and a stationary bike."

"Arrived at 5 AM. There was a customer service rep assisting via camera to help me get my room card from the self-service machine, which was quite convenient. Downstairs, there were lots of fan groups, and it was super easy to get to the subway. The room was quite small and cramped, and the weekend rate was pretty high. A taxi from the airport at night cost 13,000. It was good to be able to get some sleep early. The upside was a 1 PM checkout, so I could sleep in a bit more and then head to the city after waking up. There's also good noodle shop downstairs."

"This is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. The extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor.

Nice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.

First of all, you must see clearly before booking. This hotel can only be checked in at 8 pm. It is not possible to do one minute early, and there is no room for discussion. Secondly, the room facilities are very simple, the pillows are too hard, the bathroom towels are old, there are no disposable slippers, there are plastic slippers, and there is no shower cap. I also charged an additional 30,000 won for two days on the weekend. It was said that Trip.com had a rule. After returning to Shanghai, I immediately communicated with Trip.com and returned the corresponding RMB of 30,000 won. No one cleaned the room for two days. The garbage was not collected. I had my own garbage bag change and piled the garbage at the door of the room... Closer to the venue, it is more convenient to watch the concert! There are many choices of places to eat in the convenience store pharmacy supermarket coffee shop. There is a not-so-big oliveyoung. There are basically all you need to buy, which can meet the basic needs of life. It is also acceptable to take a 20-minute taxi from Gimpo Airport!

This is my second stay within six months, and it's my top choice for international transfers. The only problem is how incredibly difficult it is to book a room; they're constantly sold out. I've had to snag a booking in the middle of the night every time. **Facilities:** The room is small, just enough space for carry-on luggage. It has a TV, shower, and hairdryer. The hotel also offers coffee and snacks. My only complaint is that the in-room air conditioning can't be fully turned off and blows directly on your head, making it easy to catch a cold. **Hygiene:** It's okay. There were still hairs on the towels, and I saw some silverfish in the room. **Location:** The location is unbeatable, a million times better than sleeping outside the airport. It's on the fourth floor, directly opposite gate 252, right next to the Matina Lounge. Super convenient for travelers. **Service:** The front desk staff are very friendly. I had booked an 8 PM check-in, but we were able to check in just after 7 PM. Check-out is by 8:30 AM, but even with that, it solved a huge problem for me.

Since my flight the next day was at 7 AM, I would have had to leave the city around 3 AM to get to the airport. So, I chose a hotel near the airport instead. The price was good, the service excellent, and the room was clean. Plus, you can book a private transfer to the airport for the next day. There's a Starbucks, convenience store, and even a cosmetics shop nearby, all easily accessible by subway.

I booked this hotel to see a show at Inspire. The room was much more spacious compared to hotels in downtown Seoul, and all the toiletries were provided. There's also a CU convenience store nearby, and it's about a 40-minute walk to the venue. The hotel staff (specifically, an older gentleman) was also incredibly kind. When I didn't know how to get to the convenience store, he even used Naver to help navigate and drew a map for me. When I checked out, he also helped call a taxi to the airport. I'm really grateful!

Staying overnight during an ICN layover, the location is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Unseo Station. The road isn't great, but it's still pretty convenient. There's an Emart convenience store downstairs, and a CU just a 2-minute walk north, so you definitely won't go hungry. Check-in can be done at a self-service machine, and the front desk opens at 9 AM. The morning shift is a Korean gentleman, and the evening shift is a Chinese gentleman. There's also a rooftop garden on the top floor with distant views of the airport. I can't believe I never realized how convenient Seoul was for visa-free layovers before; I've been missing out!

I had a really comfortable stay here. The service and facilities were absolutely top-notch, five stars all around! 🌟 As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, and my room was spotless. Plus, there's an airport shuttle right outside the door, which made getting around super convenient 🚌. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

The receptionist provided excellent service. Despite my late arrival at 11:30pm, they handled my check-in with professionalism. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a toothbrush and toothpaste.The free shuttle bus is within walking distance.

It is easy to communicate with the front desk staff. Free espresso is appreciated. However, the cleaning/housekeeping staff must be careless. There are other negatives I can find but this one is small but very important. Housekeeping staff who are from China, I believe, put 2 bottles of conditioner and a bottle of shampoo. I think it is disrespectful to put 2 bottles of conditioner instead of body soap/shower gel. Very small yet very important detail at a hotel.
