"Since I first went to Lishui with my family, there was not much information about the hotel's evaluation. I learned that OandF is relatively new. It should not be a problem with hygiene soon after opening. I booked three rooms for two nights. After arriving, the front desk staff was very polite and kind. After arriving in the room, the room was wide and bright, and the sea view was very comfortable. We were even more surprised that there were singing discs and vinyl discs in the room. Opening music to face the quiet sea view was simply the highest enjoyment. As for the recommended improvement: if a full-length mirror and a foot is installed on the wall outside the bathroom, it will be more convenient to take luggage, and it will be more perfect without human hands."

"The hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. It’s very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall. What I didn’t like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that it’s government regulations restricting on one time used items. It’s BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items. They also don’t provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves."

The hotel is conveniently located just 2km from Yeocheon Station and 10km from Yeosu Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Ohchoongsa Shrine, 황진이24시불가마사우나 and Yeulmaru Art Center all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
"Good value for money. It is located near the downtown area and Seonso, so it is easily accessible. What I like most is that the bedding is clean. The downside is that the room and bedding are small, and the bathroom is small. I don’t think the name is Minitel for nothing. It is quite small compared to similar priced accommodations nearby. I think it would be difficult for larger women or men. The room I used doesn't seem to have OTT service. The sound of singing in a nearby karaoke room can be heard until dawn. Earplugs are required. You can prevent light pollution by putting black sheets on the windows, but you may end up waking up late in the morning. Overall, the facilities are very clean, and simple snacks (cup ramen, water, milk, corn flats, and tea) are provided in the lobby on the first floor. There is an unmanned check-in system on the first floor. Overall, even if it is a bit inconvenient, it is good for those who value cost-effectiveness but value cleanliness."

"The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming; however, the room reeked of smoke, the windows were very small with no view outside except for iron railings, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, and the toiletries were in small containers, requiring you to ask the front desk for more. From check-in to check-out, I saw dirty towels left in the hallway, indicating poor cleanliness! There were also many stains around the coffee machine on the first floor!"

"The room was very pretty and nice,, but it was pretty.. Soundproofing.. worst.. This is the first time I've been to a lodging facility with such poor soundproofing.. If someone passes by in the hallway or takes the elevator and talks, I can hear it all. If I walk a little bit from the upper floor, I can hear thumping and chair dragging, etc. When I complained, they said there were no guests on the upper floor of our room, but the staff came and said there were guests. ;; They kept changing their words and eventually changed my room, but that room was just as poorly soundproofed. In the middle of winter, the barbecue area didn't have a stove, and even after waiting for an hour in the wind, the fire wouldn't light, and the staff was a foreigner who didn't come back after giving me the fire. The barbecue cost was 50,000 won, so I called them and they said they would refund me. But when I went to get the refund, they made a face like they had never heard it before, so I played the recorded call (automatically) and they refunded me. Twice, I'm not sure.. There's a reason for the cheap price. It seems like employee service training should be a priority. If only the service had been excellent, it would have been overlooked, but it has fueled the fire."

The owner was kind and the view was so pretty. The jet spa was really nice and the room was really warm in the winter. There is a mart 300 meters away from the accommodation, but it is small, so be sure to stop by the convenience store before going to the accommodation to buy drinks and snacks.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's spacious and the facilities aren't bad... Breakfast is a bit so-so I didn't have any chopsticks to take. There is no food... The evening view was very nice.

The hotel is close to the Dolsan Park Cable Car. If you travel by car, you may feel comfortable, but it may be a bit uncomfortable for travelers. The clean interior and facilities are very satisfactory. In the kitchen, you can use all kinds of utensils, pots, knives and tableware, as well as microwave ovens, microwave ovens and rice cookers. The room is large and the spa bath is located on the terrace, where you can enjoy a half bath while looking out at the sea. I like the hotel itself, the owner is very kind, so it's nice. As far as floor noise is concerned, it is not the sound of walking, but the sound of running. The accommodation was perfect, but the guests upstairs could not sleep at night. Well, this is not a question of accommodation. You can’t check if the customer doesn’t care.

We moved out due to an overnight blackout and we are using a mobility vehicle. For our need to ensure we don’t waste time we decided to move into another hotel. The hotel was very apologetic and helped out in their little ways and immediately offered to upgrade/cancel our stay without questions asked. Nice location to stay at

The location is good but it's a bit uncomfortable for us to come by public transportation. I liked the room. There was a water leaking area in the baranda. The pool is also the best !! It was good.
