Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely come back again! Template Two: Detailed Review I was very satisfied with this stay! 📍Location: The hotel is in the city center, making daily life convenient and close to the subway station/attractions. 🛏️Room: The room was spacious and bright, the bed was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the decor style. 🧼Cleanliness: The cleaning was meticulous, done daily, and even the bathroom was spotless. 🛎️Service: The front desk staff (miss/mister) were particularly enthusiastic, even helping me with my luggage, and check-in was very quick.

Pros: Cheap, close to the airport, and friendly staff. Cons: Small, noisy, and overly fragrant. You'll need a 50 MYR cash deposit per room upon check-in, so be prepared! There's also an additional 5 MYR per room 'sustainability fee' due upon arrival, which can be paid via Alipay. Make sure to keep your deposit slip to get your 50 MYR back at check-out. The drink machine at the front desk just took our money without dispensing a drink, but the staff eventually just gave us drinks. There's a local mini-mart to the left of the entrance that only accepts cash or Visa; no other payment methods. Beyond that, there are no other shops nearby. If you want food, you'll need to order delivery or take a taxi elsewhere! There's no elevator, only stairs, so be ready to carry your luggage up. They do have a shared water dispenser, which is a plus! Our room was excessively fragrant, as if too much air freshener had been sprayed, giving me a headache. We had to leave the door open to air it out. No slippers were provided, and there was still only one trash can. The room and bathroom were small. A major point: the shower only has a rainfall head, no handheld shower! Let me elaborate on the noise: 1. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a switch, so the noisy exhaust fan turns on every time you flip the light switch. 2. There was a loud, vacuum-like noise coming from outside the door intermittently, which continued very late into the night. It seemed constant. We later suspected it might be the sound of a water pump operating whenever someone used water. We called a taxi at 4:30 AM and still waited 5-6 minutes; it wasn't immediate. So, allow extra time for ride-hailing. It's about a 20-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur T1. Since we just needed a place for one night and the price was good, we had to accept its shortcomings. If you mentally prepare for these things before checking in, you should be fine.

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

1. The service to collect keys was not very pleasant. I had to wait for 30mins to get someone to come over and pass me access card & key card 2. The phone reception is poor. 3. Does not provide toilet paper when we arrived and had to buy ourselves as their staff don’t work on Sun. 4. The instructions for parking bay was not clearly stated as I was ask to look for parking bay 356 where they could have informed me which column number and alphabet to park. I had to look for bay number stated on the parking floor 😖😖 and it took me a while to look for it. 5. The accommodation is clean and comfortable

Great location, directly connected to DPulze Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and ideal for a short stay in Cyberjaya.

The place and location are very good. Just the parking are very hard to get to. Parking space are limited even the apartment can occupied 4 people but only 1 set of access ID going out and in require the same access ID even lift. Parking only for 1 vehicle so if come with more than 1 vehicle require parking out side the main road which not that convenient.

It was a bit stuffy and there was no toilet paper, but otherwise, there were no issues. The receptionist was a bit annoyed because I forgot my card in the room, that's all.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.
