"Accommodation: I traveled solo and booked a backpacker/dormitory bed. When I arrived, I was both surprised and happy to find out that I was the only person staying in the room, which had 12 bunk beds. 😅 It felt like I had the whole room to myself! The bed was comfortable and came with two pillows and a blanket. I also appreciated that the bed and room smelled nice and clean. One suggestion I have is to consider adding curtains or some kind of divider between the bunk beds. This would provide guests with more privacy, especially when the room is fully occupied. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good and functional. However, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom sink was quite clogged, and I think the shower and water heater could still be improved. I would also suggest more thorough and regular cleaning, particularly in the bathroom area, to make the facilities more comfortable and pleasant for guests. When I arrived, I also noticed that the bedroom floor was wet. It would be better if the floor were completely dry before a guest checks in. I really liked the shared living room. It was spacious, comfortable, and a nice place to relax. There was also a kitchen area available, which was a great addition for guests. Service: The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I appreciated how approachable they were and how they made my stay comfortable. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a nice experience staying at the place. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and comfortable the place was. I feel that it offers good value for money, especially for solo travelers and backpackers. They also have a restaurant and a bar, although I wasn't able to explore them because I only stayed for one night. Despite the few areas that could be improved, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future."

"It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language."

Just an honest feedback — the aircons in 3 rooms were not as cold as we expected, and the shower in 2 rooms was not functioning properly. But it was still manageable for us since there was a balde available and we’re not very picky. The restaurant on the premises is much more expensive. Of the dishes, I liked the pasta and pork, the pizza was okay, but the fish was dry. On the downside, since the rooms are made from containers, there’s no soundproofing, and neighbors who are just talking very loudly will be disruptive. "Very nice resort, the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chill and have a private beach, 2 swimming pools very clean and one is just for th guests in the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service also is very nice. With a tricycle is just 5 minutes to the center of Santa Fe so is very good because is very nice and not so crowded. Just 5 minutes walking have the ruins and in front of the ruins have a very delicious restaurant so I think this place is perfect for be relax and not with so many people, the resort I think for the price and all they offer is perfect! And the restaurant for breakfast also is delicious and have many options. So I highly recommended."
