"The hotel's location is reasonably convenient, with a supermarket nearby, though dining options are limited. The room was clean, and there's a water dispenser in the lobby. However, it would be much more convenient if there was one on each floor. The staff provided excellent service; they had our room ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier."

"On a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal! In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class. If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ). Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough. It has a kitchen and washer / dryer. The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel. (small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.) The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€ (I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!) The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights… or those who can’t do stairs. Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first. No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were top-notch and very clean, making our stay super comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting with friends!"

"True to the Ibis brand, the room was small but thankfully clean, and the facilities were fairly complete. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, without much variety. However, it offered great value for money. The immediate surroundings of the hotel were a bit underwhelming; taking the bus involved a long detour, so the subway is definitely the preferred and more convenient option. Parking was easy as the hotel has its own underground parking lot on B1."

"I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try."

"The owner was very kind and it was a comfortable trip! There are a lot of Pakistanis outside the hotel, so if you are worried about noise at night, you may want to be careful."

"Rating: 5/5 A wonderful hotel in one of Lisbon's best neighborhoods — Príncipe Real. The rooms are small, but clean, modern, and very quiet. Excellent soundproofing and a comfortable bed guarantee a good night's rest after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, but it's filling and tasty. I especially want to mention the staff: friendly, always ready to help with routes or call a taxi. The location is convenient — a 10-minute walk to the metro and main attractions. The price-to-quality ratio for central Lisbon is excellent. I'll be back again!"

"Facilities: Great! The underground parking is charged hourly, around 10+ euros a night, and you pay at the machine on the basement level. Cleanliness: Excellent!!!! Ambiance: Very good!!! The location is a bit out of the way, which makes getting around inconvenient! Service: Very good!! But the breakfast was not good!!!!"

"This is the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed at. Even though it's rated three stars, we honestly think it meets four- or even five-star standards. The location is super easy to find; you can get there by bus, and it's really close to the Vasco da Gama shopping center and Parque das Nações. Unlike Lisbon's old town, which can be a bit smelly and crowded for accommodation, this place offers plenty of space and incredibly warm service. I highly recommend that all my fellow Chinese travelers stay here instead of the Lisbon city center. While city transport is convenient, the environment and safety are much more important."

"Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from."
