"Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025) I booked a Deluxe room but was given a Standard room upon arrival. The hotel had issues checking in another guest and upgraded her to the Deluxe room I had booked, essentially downgrading me to a Standard room. Here are the details of what happened: I arrived at the accommodation around 7:30 PM on Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025). At the reception, there was another female guest checking in before me. While I was waiting in line to check in: - I overheard that the female guest had booked a room (if I understood correctly, it was likely a Standard room, but she couldn't check in). It seemed she had successfully booked through Agoda, but the hotel informed her that the room type she booked was full. - A three-party discussion ensued to resolve the issue (between 1. the hotel, 2. Agoda, and 3. the female guest). The hotel stated there was one Deluxe room left, and if the female guest wanted to stay in it, she would need to pay an additional 400 baht. - However, after the three-party discussion, it was decided that the hotel would allow the female guest to stay in the Deluxe room without paying the extra fee (I'm unsure if this was Agoda's responsibility or the hotel's compensation). - After the female guest received her room key, I proceeded to check in. After getting my key and entering the room, I discovered that it was not the room type I had booked. I immediately informed the hotel reception. The staff then tried to retrieve the Deluxe room from the female guest, but she was already showering. - The front desk staff called to consult with management and I overheard them instructing the staff to refund me. At this point, it was nearly 8:00 PM, leaving me with no options. I felt completely cornered. I don't understand why the hotel would give the room I booked to another guest as an upgrade. - If I'm not mistaken, I suspect there might have been a mistake in the hotel's data entry. Perhaps the hotel incorrectly marked my Deluxe room booking as a Standard room, which then conflicted with the female guest's booking, leading to her being upgraded to the room I had reserved because her own booked room was full."

"Have a nice stay in Khao Yai. Silent place. Possible to order food directly. Lake is good. Our small dog enjoyed the place as well. Yep it’s simple place but okay to get rest if you are going to visit places in Khao Yai. Ps forgot my fan there but it kept for me 2 weeks. Took it back later. Special thanks for that"

"It was perfect for staying with a friend! We had a twin room, the hotel room itself was clean and nice and staff was friendly and polite. The location is 10/10 with flower fields right across the road, and the cowboy bar (we recommend) not very far either. Overall - it was really value for the price 😊"

"The staff didn't seem to communicate much about the activities at the accommodation with the page admin. If you asked something, you had to ask the admin. We stayed in the campervan section, and the staff didn't help with our luggage at all. We were sweating profusely carrying everything ourselves. (Female staff member) - Candle making activity (they were out of candles when we arrived). - Tea making activity (they were out of tea). I work in a hotel too, they should check the bookings to see how many campers are checking in and prepare supplies accordingly. On the day I inquired, there were 10-12 campers checking in. **The BBQ pork is extremely expensive, 900+ baht/set.** They should adjust the price immediately. The cafe is beautifully decorated, but the drinks are very expensive, 180 baht per glass, comparable to Starbucks. Pros: - Good atmosphere, clean accommodation. - Activities like watching movies and roasting marshmallows are available."

"To be honest, I was a little worried after reading the reviews, such as hearing voices from the tent next door, but this is normal for glamping and camping, so it wasn't a big deal. The room was of course clean, and I was grateful to be able to experience the hospitality of the staff, Mukata dinner, breakfast, and room service at this price, and I would recommend it to my friends."

"The room is very spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and it has all the amenities. There's a swimming pool and the staff are very helpful. The location is not far from a convenience store. There are restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is good and the breeze is cool all day. I'm very impressed."

"Excellent view, quiet (but you can hear the highway), good view from the room (you can see far away, mountains, haze, sunset). Breakfasts are the same, delicious, but cold. Even though we agree on a specific time, they bring it earlier, and the scrambled eggs are already cold. Breakfast itself is served right in the room, which is convenient. There's a restaurant on site; the food is excellent, expensive, spicy, and delicious. The hotel offers a Thai BBQ set in the evening – very tasty and excellent. The room is nice and clean, but the plumbing is all broken – the faucets and shower splash everywhere, and the sink barely drains. The service is excellent; they do everything, solve everything, and are very friendly. There's nowhere to go for walks, there are no shops within walking distance, and taxis take a long time. The hotel grounds are small, on a large building, with lots of stairs, but they're beautiful and perfect for photos. The internet sometimes doesn't work well. The pool is nice and clean, with a great view."

"The atmosphere is great, and the rooms offer views of cornfields and mountains. It's a camping-style place where you can be close to nature, perfect for those who enjoy camping. However, be aware that there are quite a few mosquitoes at night when you open the tent. The location is excellent, close to many tourist attractions. If you enjoy being close to nature, I highly recommend it."
