You don’t have to leave the house to enjoy the sandy beach, dock and ocean. Wrap around deck allows you to enjoy the amazing beach front view of the Sea of Abaco and Tahiti Beach. A favorite feature is the tropical jungle path entering the home....step through your gate and wind down through the towering tropical trees, banana leaves, exotic flowers - open the door and see nothing but the ocean - very dramatic. Everyone will love the private large dock for sunsets, sun bathing, swimming and snorkeling and of course fishing! Children are welcome and can keep busy playing on our sandy beach, fishing and snorkeling. House is very close to nearby resorts Abaco Inn and Fire Fly Sunset Resort for restaurants, cocktails and music/dancing. Highly suggest renting a golf cart to explore the island. We will arrange for renters to be shown to the property upon arrival by our caretaker. Our house is managed by local professional property management team that keeps house and grounds beautiful. They will assist before or during your stay to arrange rentals/ local advice and such. If you have any problems during your stay they have a team of people to assist. Perfect house to couple with the other Tahiti Beach homes close by. This house adds lots of boat slips for larger groups as dock can accommodate at least four runabouts. Barefoot Beach, located in Hope Town on the southern end of Elbow Cay in the Abacos, Bahamas, is a newly renovated oceanfront two story beach house, designed for up to three families or six couples. It has great views and accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring six bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has two master bedrooms, one on each floor, along with two other bedrooms on each floor. Each master is en suite, with another bathroom for the remaining bedrooms. All new furniture and appliances, including two refrigerators in the kitchen to make sure your food and beverages have plenty of room to stay cold. Each refrigerator has an ice maker as well. There is a gas grill (propane included) and a charcoal grill (charcoal not included). We also have a back up generator that powers the entire house so you're never without power. There's also a reverse osmosis water maker to make sure you always have water.Barefoot Beach has it's own private beach, a spacious living area with high ceilings, a wraparound porch, and a pool overlooking the ocean. It is only a 10 minute walk or a quick ride to the world famous Tahiti Beach on the southern tip of the island. There's also a private boat slip included, located at Marnie's Creek on the Sea of Abaco just a short walk or golf cart ride away. The boat slip is 11' wide and will fit a boat up to 30' long. A 10' or less beam is recommended so your boat will comfortably fit in the slip. Our caretakers will pick you up at the dock, make sure you have everything you need while staying at Barefoot Beach, and make sure you get back to the dock/ferry safely when departing. The home and its grounds have been maintained and updated periodically and, since its construction, has been fit with all the modern amenities, including a backup generator.
