"We originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu. Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise. Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is not far from the visitor center. The facilities, environment, service, and cleanliness are all good. Guests enjoy free access to the hot springs. There is a large parking lot, making it ideal for those driving. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple."

"We stayed in the family suite, which is perfectly designed for a family trip, especially with two kids. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. The hot springs are right downstairs, which is super convenient for guests. Breakfast, however, was a major drawback. Forget about the variety, the breakfast hours were only from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. None of the other hotels in the resort have such late hours. We had booked a rafting trip and could only manage to get on the earliest 6 AM slot, and I was constantly worried about not making it back in time for breakfast. Luckily, we just caught the tail end of it. To make matters worse, despite the room being nice, the showerheads had issues. I'm not sure if it's the water pressure or the design, but to get hot water, the stream would become incredibly tiny, even smaller than the faucet. If you tried to open it up a bit more, it would turn cold. Both shower rooms were like this. I put up with it for the first two days by showering at the hot springs downstairs. On the last day, I finally brought it up to the hotel, and they sent a fruit platter as compensation. But honestly, the quality of the hotel's fruit was really disappointing."

It offers a well-rounded and hassle-free experience, making it ideal for families and ski enthusiasts alike. The hotel is centrally located within the Wanda Resort, with the ski slopes just a short walk away. Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient. The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful. The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation. On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers."

"To catch a glimpse of the beautiful Heavenly Lake, I changed my itinerary and chose to stay here so I could go up the mountain first thing in the morning. It's a 5-minute walk from the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the front desk staff were very helpful, answering all my questions. There's also a small convenience store where you can buy snacks. It seems there are two elevators, one for the hot springs and one for guest rooms. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was good, and the bed was comfortable with large, soft pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, no strange odors, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was decent. There's a supermarket next to the lobby if you need to buy anything small. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the high-speed rail station and 5-10 minutes from the town, so transportation is very convenient. "The suite was perfect for a family with kids; the sofa could be made into a comfortable bed for one person. The hotel shuttle to the ski resort ran every 10 minutes, and the front desk helped us arrange a coach and rent ski clothes, which was very convenient. We participated in many hotel activities, and the hiking one was excellent!"

"Environment: To be honest, I wouldn't have been able to book such a great hotel if it weren't for the flight delay. I was truly amazed when I arrived. The overall service, ambiance, and food were all excellent. As a couple, we usually have high standards when traveling together, and although it's a guesthouse, I felt it was absolutely comparable to a five-star hotel. I highly recommend it; it will be my first choice for future trips to Changbai Mountain."

"The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat."
