The breakfast buffet features local specialties like baked samsa and pilaf. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and you can even enjoy traditional ethnic dances, providing an immersive experience of the Western Regions. While rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, the overall value for money is high, making it the top choice for a stay in Kashgar."

"This hotel offers good value for money and boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, I'm satisfied, but there are some disappointments: 1. There was loud music playing very late at night for several consecutive days, making it impossible to sleep. 2. For three people, only two breakfast vouchers were provided, and an additional breakfast would cost extra, which is understandable. However, on our last day, we had an early departure at 5 AM and couldn't make it to breakfast. We requested to exchange the two unused breakfast vouchers for a meal the three of us could enjoy together before leaving, but they refused and didn't offer a refund either. That's incredibly stingy! 3. Some of the facilities are a bit old."

"The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The lobby is beautiful, and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and dried fruits. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. We even received complimentary tea and dried fruits in our room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable."

"This time, I stayed at Atour Hotel Holiday. The location is excellent, so you don't have to travel far to explore the ancient city. The hotel's toiletries are high quality. The room is spacious and clean, and the large-capacity humidifier is very convenient. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to both young and old tastes. The 24-hour laundry room is very convenient, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea where you can choose cocktails, coffee, and more – perfect for photos! The front desk service was patient and thoughtful. The value for money far surpasses nearby guesthouses. I highly recommend it for couples and families with children!"

"I was very satisfied and comfortable with my stay. The room was equipped with a forest oxygen bar egg and a humidifier. The air conditioning was very effective; it cooled down the room much faster than expected after coming back from outside. Xinjiang's summers are very hot, but the stuffiness disappeared within minutes of turning on the AC, and the cold air was evenly distributed without any hot or cold spots. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and incredibly patient, always responsive and ensuring everything was taken care of. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they even proactively recommended nearby attractions and dining options. During my trip to Tashkurgan, my travel plans changed unexpectedly, and I didn't have time to prepare warm clothes. Thankfully, the front desk was willing to lend guests some, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their service truly added to the experience; among all the hotels I've stayed in, this one genuinely exceeded my expectations. From the security guards at the entrance to the housekeeping staff, front desk, and restaurant personnel, everyone was very polite. They would help those who needed assistance, like carrying luggage, and even deliver it to the room. For guests with families or children, they would proactively offer room upgrades. Upon check-out, they even gave out souvenirs such as ceramic ornaments, Jingdezhen ceramic bracelets, flowers, and vases."

"This Atour Hotel is pretty standard, similar to most others in the chain. Its location is super convenient, right across the street from the South Gate of Kashgar Old City. Being in a commercial area, it's easy to find shops and restaurants. The room amenities are comprehensive, but there's a weird issue with the pipes – they're right in the middle of the room and make a really loud gushing noise at night, like it's constantly raining. The hotel elevators are incredibly slow; if you're on the top floor, be prepared for a long wait. My Ctrip booking mentioned complimentary congee in the evenings, but I didn't receive any during my two-day stay. The parking lot is also a bit small, but luckily, I snagged a spot right outside the entrance."

"Clean, no smoking smell, laudromat avaiable, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Walking distance to west gate to Ancient City (very close, same sidewalk). Its not a big gate, but you enter directly to a restaurant sector and arrive beside the main mosque. Not too close to bus stops, short distance thou. Easy location for drivers pick us up for tours (DONT MISS THE DAY TOUR TO THE PAMIR PLATEAU, its beautiful and worth it totally)."

"This hotel is really great and highly recommended! First, its location is excellent. All the main attractions are about a ten-minute drive from the hotel. Especially for watching the Kashi Old City gate-opening show at the East Gate, it's just a few minutes' walk. After the show, you can easily return to the hotel to rest, which is perfect as it gets very hot in the afternoon. The main highlights of Kashi are the Old City and its surroundings. Second, the staff's attitude is fantastic. We viewed several room types on-site before deciding to book and check-in. The front desk lady was very welcoming and didn't mind our many requests. She even enthusiastically recommended a room with a great view. We ended up choosing a city-view room facing the Ferris wheel and stayed for two nights. We had initially considered a room facing the Old City, but after seeing it, the elders and children felt it wasn't necessary. They preferred the view of the Ferris wheel, finding it cleaner and more pleasant. Third, there are many food options nearby, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you turn right when leaving the hotel, you'll find Yangcun Xiaoguan and Bahar Golden Lamb Hotpot. We ate at both twice, and the food was delicious. There were many other restaurants we didn't get a chance to try. To the left of the hotel, there's a chain supermarket with a good selection of popsicles, drinks, and snacks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. I really wanted to take the bus to experience the local culture, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time, and it was too hot, so we ended up taking Didi (ride-hailing) everywhere. There are also some downsides, like the poor soundproofing. In the morning, you could hear the TV in the next room, and at 10:30 PM, we heard several big men playing cards next door. As a woman, it was a bit frightening 😱. Maybe they could adjust this – if it were women talking that late, it would be more acceptable. Especially after staying at a terrible hotel in Kashi before this one, it made everything about this hotel seem even better! P.S.: The name of the terrible hotel is 'Youjianjiangnan Hotel (Kashi Old City Branch)'. It's supposedly ranked second for 'exotic style,' but it was truly awful. I have no idea how it got such a high ranking, it's baffling. I'm mentioning it specifically to help others avoid it!"

"The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!"
