"Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very good overall. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good. Environment: It's relatively quiet, and the location is easy to find. Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they even gifted us some special rice. I especially want to praise the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and plentiful, and it's served until noon. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring the unique Kaili sour soup, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied with the breakfast."

"We travelled in a small group of 4 and booked 3 rooms with views. I booked the one with a 270 degree view but would probably be happy with the other room I booked for my mum and uncle. The hotel itself is super clean. The staff are always ready to assist with our requests and also mindful of our needs ie providing us additional info such as time of performance, breakfast reminder. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a short downhill walk to the bridge which is also next to the pick up point for the shuttle bus. Even the uphill walk isn’t so bad. The bonus with the place is that it has a lift. This is great if you want a room with a view and not have to walk up and down many levels. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"Bringing children to Xijiang to play, I am most afraid of climbing steps, so I choose to live outside the stockade and play in the stockade. The homestay is next to the west gate. There is no need to carry the stroller up the mountain. The housekeeper helps with luggage and carts throughout the process. The room is very quiet, will not be noisy by the ancient street, the bedding is soft, the hot water is stable and sufficient. The terrace has a wide view, the child is lying by the window to see the scenery, the boss also carefully prepares children's slippers, small snacks, recommending gentle terraced trails for children to walk. The sanitary details are full, the corners are cleaned, the facilities are brand new and safe, the small intelligent control is very easy to use, the homestay can be said to be very complete, even the weight scale is placed, the pillow is very comfortable to sleep, this is the first choice for traveling with the baby!"

The room area is not small at all, and the suitcase will not be in the way when it is spread out; the facilities and equipment are complete, and the bathrobe is praised; the hygiene is clean and refreshing. The only drawback is that the rooms facing west to the road are not very soundproof. If you need quietness, you can choose a room facing east."

"If you're used to staying in five-star hotels or traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend choosing a B&B. The soundproofing was terrible, and the facilities were subpar. I didn't get any sleep all night, and woke up the next day with acute pharyngitis and a fever. Seriously, if you're traveling with children, definitely don't pick a B&B; a star-rated hotel is much more reliable. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly and the service was decent. The view was also excellent, but the facilities really weren't worth the price."

"Our stay was absolutely impeccable, with the breathtaking sea view from the window being the most memorable part. Every sunrise felt like a private visual feast. The hotel's service far exceeded our expectations; the staff were always incredibly attentive, anticipating our every need. The restaurant was a delightful surprise as well, offering exquisite local dishes every evening, all beautifully presented and delicious. We also received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious suite with a private balcony, which made our entire vacation even more luxurious and comfortable. All in all, every detail here was perfect, elevating it far beyond a typical stay and becoming a cherished memory we'll always look back on fondly."

They even provided a Laifen hairdryer and SQUIRREL toothpaste for toiletries – the attention to detail was exceptional. The owner was super enthusiastic and attentive throughout my stay, even offering pick-up and drop-off services, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The room was clean, tidy, and all the facilities were brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"
