"For our Dragon Boat Festival family trip, we opted for Pinghu, a less-traveled destination. The Courtyard by Marriott here consistently receives great reviews, and their holiday package for the festival was truly excellent value. We arrived smoothly in the morning, and when checking in, I inquired about switching to a twin-bedded room. The front desk staff, Xiao Luo, kindly asked if I'd mind a room that was a bit further away, then promptly helped us switch to a twin room and even upgraded our room type, which made for a very comfortable stay. After checking in, we asked the housekeeping auntie for some extra water, blankets, and a bed guard, and she was incredibly enthusiastic and polite. Special thanks to Auntie Cao for cleaning our room. I hadn't really set high expectations for the hotel's Happy Hour, but the food selection and taste were surprisingly good. We ended up eating at the hotel for the last two days. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It was also very convenient to walk to Minghu Park through the back entrance. It's a bit of a shame the property is a little small; it would have been perfect if they also had a kids' play area."

"The room was spotless and newly renovated. There's a 24-hour self-service restaurant on the first floor, and their preserved egg and lean pork congee with salted duck egg was delicious! A special shout-out to employee number 11 – they were incredibly thoughtful, always anticipating my needs and having everything ready beforehand. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip."

"I received the hotel's pre-reception care call one day before check-in. I confirmed the arrival time and asked me if I had any special needs. After I arrived at the store, the front desk lady smiled and greeted me. She handed in warm chrysanthemum tea and checked in in a few minutes. It's done, the silk slips to no! The lobby environment is simple and advanced, the lighting is soft, the aroma is fresh and elegant, and the journey is instantly dispelled. It is a surprise to enter the room! Cleanliness is full, the bottom of the bed and the bathroom gap are spotless, there is no smell in the room, and there is a faint fragrance. The bedding was so soft that I didn't want to get up, the sheets were covered with the smell of sunlight, the pillows were fluffy and elastic, and the sleep experience was directly full. The air conditioner is super fast, the noise is so small that it is almost inaudible, and the temperature adjustment is accurate. The TV screen is super large and clear, the channel is complete and also supports screen projection, and the drama is super cool! The service is nothing to say! I was hungry late at night and called. There was a free late-night porridge service. The soft pumpkin porridge was accompanied by refreshing side dishes. It was delivered to the door by the room brother in ten minutes. Called a charger, the room delivery speed was super fast, and the spare data cable was carefully brought. The quality of the guest supplies is online, the toiletries are a touch of woody fragrance, the bath towels are soft and thick, and the pressure design is super hygienic. When bathing, hot water is out in seconds, the water pressure is sufficient, and the washing is super comfortable. When checking out, the invoice is sent to the mailbox in seconds, the details are clear, and the front desk also actively asks about the check-in experience. The laundry room equipment is super new, the laundry detergent and softener are clean, and the clothes after drying are fragrant. The sound insulation effect is absolutely perfect. Close the door is a quiet world. You can't hear the outside noise at all. This wave of stay experience directly scored full marks!"

"The room is very warm and comfortable. The space is large enough. It is clean and hygienic. The bed is also very comfortable. The room is also very quiet. I am not a light sleeper. I slept well. The front desk service is also very good. Her breakfast is delicious. There are quite a lot of categories. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip."

"The overall facilities and amusement facilities of this newly opened parent-child hotel are still gradually improved. Combining the price, there is indeed a lot of room for improvement. The second phase of the project needs to be further optimized and upgraded. But the hotel is better than the clean people, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, there is no crowded and noisy noise, during the stay, especially at ease, but also intimate to help us upgrade the room for free, the overall experience unexpectedly exceeded expectations. The most praiseworthy thing is the service of all the staff: the front desk is gentle and patient, the check-in is efficient and smooth, there is no extra waiting throughout the whole process, the attitude is friendly and professional; the driver's master picks up and drop off on time and is intimate, and the care is thoughtful all the way. The car will be carefully reminded and the sense of security is full. It coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel also specially sent home-made dumplings and exquisite snacks, the taste was homely and warm, and the details were full of humanistic care and temperature. The children have a great time throughout the whole process. From the public area to the details of the guest room, they can feel treated with care. They are clean and tidy, and the layout is warm. It is also very worry-free to bring the baby. Although the overall hardware is perfect, this meticulous warmth and sincerity have long surpassed the facilities themselves, and I really like the intimate and thoughtful service! The price/performance ratio and experience are double online, which is very suitable for families who want to take a quiet holiday and relax with their baby."

"I use this hotel every time I go on a business trip. It's close to the center of town, and there are many places to eat and drink around. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of food that foreigners can eat. I'll use it again."

"Nestled amidst mountains and water, the hotel boasts a tranquil and elegant environment, exuding a strong European charm. The spacious and bright guest rooms are elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable and cozy stay. The restaurant not only offers a diverse and abundant breakfast but also provides specialty lunches and dinners, including seafood. The hotel service is warm and attentive; both the front desk and restaurant staff are responsive and helpful, leaving a lasting impression. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, with hiking trails right outside and less than one kilometer from the Waipu Mountain scenic area. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation."

"The room is next to Pinghu Cherry Blossom Park. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and quiet, but there are shopping malls and restaurants not far away, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, the room is large, the price does not increase much during holidays, parking is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively small and monotonous, and the tissue and toilet paper in the room are very thin. The bed is very hard, it is very comfortable to lie down and play with the phone, I am quite satisfied."

"Let me talk about this famous homestay very good, the room is hygienic, the design is also very good, open the curtains to have a view of the water town, although the breakfast is simple, but clean enough to eat. It is my Trip.com gold diamond VIP rights have not been reached, there is no welcome fruit, I can't check in early (I got the room card after two o'clock), and I didn't upgrade my room type (the hotel was empty that night, no one stayed), this gold diamond VIP rights are useless."

"🏨I like the appearance! The room is pretty good overall. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room with a small terrace. Thumbs up~ It can be a business trip. If it is a vacation, the mentality will be better. There are two issues that I suggest to improve: 1. The traces circled in the last picture really ruin the mood. It is recommended to deal with it. 2. The breakfast is really far away. I almost collapsed when dragging the suitcase. It would be better if there was an elevator near the breakfast."
