When we went into the room to wash our hands, we found that the sink was blocked and the water was slow to drain. We requested to change rooms because we had other plans to go on, but they communicated twice before they were willing to change. After we moved to a new room, the sink was fine, but the TV remote control didn't work, so we asked the front desk to check it and found out that the battery was dead. By the time it was fixed, our trip was delayed! The air conditioner is very cold, but after the temperature is raised to the set temperature, a stuffy and sour smell will come out when the air conditioner starts to supply air.
