"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. We booked a twin room and came to Yangzhou with our child. The front desk even proactively told us we could push the beds together. Cleanliness: Excellent cleanliness, one of the best for a hotel in this price range. There's also a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which is super important given the weather in Yangzhou. Environment: Good sound insulation, and the double curtains offer both privacy and light. There's also a small table in the room. Picture 2 shows us eating Yangzhou duck on the hotel's small table. We also ordered takeout, and they delivered it directly to our room, which we really appreciate 💕. The background of picture 3 is the bathroom. Coming out of the bathroom, there's a clothes hanging closet ➡️ mirror ➡️ clothes folding closet. Service: Full marks for service. Although we didn't book a Hanfu photoshoot or have ice cream, we had a very pleasant stay 😋. Additional notes: The location here is excellent. There are dim sum restaurants right outside, and it's very close to Caiyi Lane and Dongguan Street. Another note: Don't eat at those places in Caiyi Lane that ask if you want to eat; they're terrible. We tried two places, and they were so bad 🤧. In the end, we found a pretty good 138-yuan four-person meal deal on Douyin. Although it was a high-volume place, it tasted much better than those hawkers. Picture 4 is the meal."

"Hotel front desk staff Mia and Lily were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and they even gave us extra bottled water due to the hot weather. The Cozy Family Room was spacious and spotless; our little one and we were very happy with it. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the West Gate of Slender West Lake, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. We truly felt at home!"

"They say Yangzhou's moonlit nights are split, two-thirds belong to Yangzhou. This trip was truly worthwhile. From the receptionists at the door to the front desk, 5 points is the platform's limit, not the limit of their service. Especially Xiao Ji at the front desk, their service was exceptional. When we were leaving, our car window was dirty, and Xiao Ji immediately grabbed a towel and wiped it clean. Due to a tight schedule, I didn't take any photos, so here are some beautiful views of Yangzhou instead!"

"The valet parking service was quite good. The location is convenient for getting to several famous attractions by taxi. However, the front desk service was not proactive. I was exhausted after driving off the highway and spent 30-40 minutes trying to book on Marriott Bonvoy without success. No one offered any guidance or help. The next day, with rain in the forecast, I wanted to borrow an umbrella, but the front desk manager insisted I pay a deposit! The service attitude felt quite rigid. The air conditioning wasn't very effective; I felt hot under the duvet at night. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I could hear people in the next room as if they were in mine. Overall, the room's cleanliness was good, and I plugged in an electronic mosquito repellent, but I still got two very itchy insect bites on my arm. I went to breakfast right when it opened, but the food was a bit cold and the taste was very mediocre; there wasn't a single good dish. The fried rice was particularly disappointing, and the pink pastry had a tough crust and a filling that tasted like processed ingredients. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the toothbrush head was too wide to use comfortably."

"Came to Yangzhou for the Dragon Boat Festival with friends, and after comparing many hotels, we finally decided on Zhenyuan Hotel because of its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a mahjong table. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady called ahead to confirm our itinerary. Since it was raining, she even brought an umbrella to escort us to our room and helped us check in there. They provided welcome fruits, drinks, and Yangzhou University yogurt, and thoughtfully replenished them the next day after we finished them. The hotel itself is converted from a salt merchant's private residence, so the courtyard and corridors offer beautiful scenery. At check-out, they even gave each of us a hotel fridge magnet. Highly recommend!"

"The staff attitude was amazing and their attentiveness was one of the stand out features of this hotel for me. They were so warm, friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. The room I had was perfect for my stay. A large comfortable bed, working air-conditioning, decent shower and sizable room made my break very comfortable. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with the efficiency of the cleaning team evident from the front door to the rooms! The location is very convenient: sandwiched between two large shopping areas, a stones throw from the canal, various restaurants nearby and about a fifteen minutes walk from the start of Dongguan street (which is fantastic by the way), I was never very far from the action of the city! In fact, you can walk to all the major Yangzhou attractions from the hotel or hire an e-bike if you have a Chinese telephone number. The breakfast is a buffet served in the opposite Ramada Hotel, a twenty second walk away from the front desk! It is a decent spread, not the best but by far not the worst. The inclusion of breakfast in the price of the hotel made the value for money even better. This is a very good, cost-effective hotel with excellent staff, close to everything you would want to do in Yangzhou. I'd recommend this Hidden hotel and if highly recommend the city too. Fantastic experience for budget prices."

"I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. This was the smart king room booked for us. My husband usually handles all the hotel bookings and travel planning, but he was too busy this time, so I took over. Honestly, when we first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed because it was quite small, especially since we had our child with us. The activity space was limited, so we decisively paid extra to upgrade to a superior twin room, which offered significantly more space. Initially, my husband wasn't sure about the hotel's location, but then he realized it was right next to the ancient Grand Canal. It's just a short walk downstairs, and the scenery is beautiful, especially at night. Strolling along the Grand Canal was incredibly pleasant. Then, just across the bridge is He Garden, very close by. A few more steps lead to Pishi Street, a popular influencer spot, and a bit further on is Guandong Street. I asked my husband what he thought of the hotel, and he said it was excellent. The hotel is new, very clean, and the service is incredibly attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, and the Yangzhou fried rice was exceptional. Yangzhou is so beautiful, and our stay here was wonderful, adding even more joy to our trip to Yangzhou! 😀

Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

I had a wonderful time traveling to Yangzhou, and I was very satisfied with my three-night stay at the Atour Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake Wenchang Middle Road Branch. The hotel is conveniently located near famous attractions such as Slender West Lake, Daming Temple, Ge Garden, He Garden, and the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel was clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. My experience was better than many other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack. The room was always stocked with bottled water and drinks. The mini-fridge and the clothesline in the bathroom were a big plus. The hotel staff were warm and polite, especially Nian Xinwen at the front desk. I was very satisfied and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The room was spacious and parking was convenient. We came to Yangzhou for Huaiyang cuisine and the scenery. I'm especially grateful to the beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk. The restaurant they recommended was exactly what we wanted. However, when I took a taxi, I didn't know why the platform was wrong. I was directed to a different hotel even though the navigation was correct. I probably paid a dozen yuan more, probably because of the platform. But overall, Yangzhou is still a very warm city.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's pretty central to all the attractions. Pishi Street and Dongguan Street are just a short walk away, and there are tons of local specialty snacks and intangible cultural heritage experiences nearby. The front desk service was excellent, very responsive, and made for a great check-in experience. The room facilities are also very complete, and the small courtyard was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

I checked in on May 17th, and I was really touched. The kids arrived early, and the hotel arranged a room for us at 1:00, and upgraded it! Late check-out, perfect for our family trip! Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, they are beautiful, gentle and enthusiastic! The boss must give them a pay raise and chicken legs! I will stay in your hotel next time, and I have traveled all over Yangzhou in two days. It is separated from the scenic spot by the Grand Canal, and it is convenient to take a taxi! In short, it is a word of praise! Suitable for family trips, the main hotel is high-end, less noise, and the people staying are not noisy! They are all of relatively high quality!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Yangzhou Museum, and while I didn't have high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. It's located by Mingyue Lake, and the decor is new and clean. I booked a city-view room, and I could actually enjoy the scenery outside. The service was good too; they promptly brought extra bedding, mineral water, and welcome fruits. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Stayed at Changle Inn with my daughter, it's right on Dongguan Street, which is convenient for sightseeing. However, because of its location, you have to walk to the West Gate to hail a taxi. It can be a bit inconvenient if you have luggage, but you can contact the front desk from the parking lot and they'll send a shuttle to help with your bags. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was great; my daughter was very happy with the makeup and styling.

Bring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
