"WonderI had such a great and memorable stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by the team. We were even given an early check-in at 11am, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival so much more comfortable. We rented a scooter during our stay, and I found the rental very reasonable. We also kept requesting the buggy whenever needed, and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. The next day, we requested a late check-out until 1pm, which was arranged for IDR 200,000. We also had lunch here, and the food was excellent — definitely one of the highlights of our stay! We had a BBQ on our last night, and the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious, and it was such a wonderful way to end our stay. We also went for another round of archery, and when we returned, something really wonderful happened. One of the reception staff, Rizal (if I remember his name correctly), had found my cousin’s wallet, which we didn't even realise she had lost! We were so grateful for his honesty and attentiveness. It really showed how caring and trustworthy the staff are. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The warm hospitality, helpful staff, great food and little touches throughout our visit made the experience even more special. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again! ❤️"

"Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. "The hotel is only 15 mins from the port and they were ready and waiting to collect us which is great for families. The place is immaculate and the staff welcoming. Best book your trips when in Bintan for better prices. Breakfast is brought to your room in the mornings and make sure not to leave any food out as the local wildlife loves to visit :). There is a small mall opposite a bit of shopping. Spa on site is very reasonable and excellent service. On the whole a very relaxing place."
