Maalaea village is a gem with its central location and its fantastic trade winds. They provide a cooling breeze that keeps the temperatures just right. Just in case the cross breeze in the unit isn't enough for you, we have a newly installed split A/C (as of February 2020) in the living room, downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the master and loft bedroom and a floor fan in the second bedroom. Please note that the second bedroom upstairs does not have any windows. It also has low, slanted ceilings, making it best suited for a children's room.From the lanai, gaze out and watch the sun rise over Haleakala. Watch green sea turtles bobbing up for air and rolling in the surf. In the winter months (Nov-April) you will have a front row seat to breaching whales.Beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool.
