Βρείτε ξενοδοχεία 5-Star στην πόλη Βρυξέλλες

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the palace. The interior decoration is exquisite, and there are many Chinese elements. The service is particularly good. The line suddenly short-circuited in the early morning, and the repair was very fast. I personally think that the breakfast variety is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can make waffles by yourself.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

Facilities: Lots of charging ports, haha! And I just realized Jinjiang acquired this place, those Chinese characters really give a sense of security. To be honest, the facilities are a bit old. Cleanliness: Good hygiene, clean. Environment: The location is pretty good, not far from Central Station. Though, if you're carrying luggage, the walk can be a bit winding, but overall it's great. Service: The service is excellent! The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly.
