"This stay was on the night before leaving Beihai at the end of our trip. The Wyndham's room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. When we checked out, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage to the car, so the service was great. The only downside was that the hairdryer in the room was very old-fashioned, making for a very unpleasant experience. I suggest they update it immediately to keep up with the times. (The other hotels we stayed at in Beihai and Weizhou Island all had Dyson hairdryers.) In comparison, this one felt very subpar and didn't match the hotel's positioning."

The landscaping creates a wonderful seaside ambiance, and the outdoor pool faces the ocean directly. Our room on the 15th floor to the east offered expansive balcony views, though it could be quite windy by the sea. 🧼Hygiene: The hotel generally maintains Marriott's high standards. Housekeeping was meticulous, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Cleaning in the public pools and lounge areas was prompt. 🛎️Service: Most staff members were proactive and polite, with quick responses from concierge and front desk. Check-in on Friday evening at 5 PM was a bit slow, taking about an hour, but check-out was efficient. The breakfast selection was standard, and the dining environment was decent. 🛏️Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with excellent quality hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and the indoor and outdoor pools, 24-hour gym, and kids' club make it perfect for vacations and families. 🚗Transportation: Located in the heart of Silver Beach, the back entrance provides very convenient access to the beach. It's a short drive to Qiaogang and the International Passenger Port for trips to Weizhou Island. Getting to the high-speed rail station or Fucheng Airport takes about 20-30 minutes. Taxis are easily available right outside the hotel. Overall, it's a hassle-free and consistently high-quality choice for a Silver Beach vacation, ideal for travelers who want to relax and enjoy sea views right outside their door. I recommend booking in advance for better prices, as last-minute bookings are pricier and prone to fluctuations. It's worth comparing prices across different platforms."

"Our stay at the hotel was pretty good. As an older hotel, the facilities aren't as new as some, but the service was excellent! 👍 Lulu checked us in and was fantastic – she explained all the facilities, suggested family-friendly activities, and helped us book kids' activities. She also recommended a great list of local restaurants. The service was thoughtful, our room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. The surroundings are beautiful, with a beach to enjoy and a nice swimming pool. Overall, quite good. If we come back, we might choose a hotel closer to the city center, as Silver Beach gets very crowded."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's just a stone's throw from the beach, so you can literally walk out and enjoy the sea. Unlike some trendy B&Bs, this is a legitimate hotel, and it shows in the quality of their bathroom fixtures, linens, and excellent hygiene. I initially booked for one night but extended my stay for another in a garden-view room. For families with kids, I highly recommend the garden-view rooms; the balcony provides much better ventilation, which is a plus since it's a new hotel! Breakfast is served until 2 PM, and they'll even deliver takeout right to your room. The shuttle service is on-call and super attentive. Downstairs, there's a small commercial area with restaurants and a beachside coffee shop. It has a chic, advanced aesthetic, almost giving off an Aranya vibe. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the pool. If the pool were on that open beach area outside the lobby, it would be absolutely perfect."

Both indoor and outdoor pools are available, along with plenty of fitness equipment and activities, making it perfect for families with kids. The dining options are also extensive."

"Service: The hotel offers a shuttle service, and our three families had different travel arrangements – two by high-speed train and one by self-drive. The hotel provides a complimentary pick-up from the high-speed train station, which is pretty standard. However, when I returned from Weizhou Island, my car was still parked for free in the hotel's parking lot. The hotel staff kindly arranged two complimentary vehicles to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel to retrieve my car. Their attitude was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. We also had three large pieces of luggage to ship and were in a hurry. We left them at the main entrance, informed the hotel, and they arranged for SF Express to ship them for us. On top of all this, the hotel offers a delicious and hearty breakfast that can be enjoyed in your room! The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are equipped with a fully voice-controlled smart system. The overall experience was fantastic 👍 I'll definitely be back for a second stay! Amazing, amazing, amazing!"

"This experience exceeded my expectations; you could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The check-in and dining were very comfortable. I had just picked this place randomly, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The environment was clean and pleasant, and the service was genuinely warm. I arrived around 11 AM, quite tired from an early flight. The front desk staff saw my exhaustion and quickly processed my check-in so I could go to my room and rest. The concierge immediately helped with my luggage, and along the way, even told me about the restaurant and how to get to the beach. They truly took care of the guests' feelings. It's definitely worth a visit."

"I booked two rooms, and both had large stains on the fabric sofas, which immediately made the whole room feel cheap. The toilet paper was clearly of the cheapest kind, like what you'd find on tables in a greasy spoon. The children's play area was unsupervised, and adults with dirty feet could enter barefoot. The laundry room required QR code payment. The coffee bar attracted many non-guests who came just to take photos, often holding their phones right over the heads of children enjoying afternoon tea. Crowds of people would come in, making a lot of noise. It was also very hot, with no air conditioning. Due to the bad experience, I didn't extend my stay. When checking out, the front desk staff clearly showed disdain, as if they thought it wasn't the hotel's problem but that I couldn't afford to stay. Getting to and from the beach was not easy for seniors and young children."

The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. "My absolute favorite hotel on Weizhou Island! The environment is so beautiful, I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel's decor is very high-end. Our butler, Youyou, provided exceptional service – she gave us many little gifts, helped us with our luggage, and was also very pretty. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, making for stunning photos everywhere you look. We received welcome fruits, a mini-bar, and even bread rolls. This hotel chain also has the amazing Balin Restaurant and a bakery that's great for photos. The hotel's cliffside restaurant is also incredibly beautiful and very photogenic. They even gave us a complimentary roasted chicken. Breakfast was also delicious and à la carte. I loved it so much! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Butler Youyou even gave us a farewell gift – I adore it!"
