Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, especially for taking our child to play in the sand. What truly stood out was the service. Hotel Manager and Butler Golden were incredibly warm and thoughtful in their hospitality. They responded to our messages promptly and had such a humble attitude. Any requests we had were handled immediately, making us feel right at home. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room daily – the attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Qingdao next time. Highly recommended!"

"During the summer vacation, I brought my child from Penglai Pavilion to Qingdao and stayed at the Haitian Financial Hotel. The front desk upgraded us to a suite for free, which was very comfortable for both adults and children. It's quite close to Shilaoren Beach, and there are also local Qingdao specialty restaurants downstairs."

"My experience at the Shangri-La Hotel was excellent. Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch. A special thank you to our butler, Nina, for her exceptional service! We had booked a Horizon Club room, but upon arrival, we were initially directed to the Qingxiang Pavilion. Nina proactively added us on WeChat and personally escorted us to the Horizon Club for check-in. Learning that we were traveling by car, she took the initiative to register our license plate, telling us to relax in our room first and informing us that parking would be free during our stay. This made entering and exiting the parking garage very convenient, saving us a lot of hassle. During our stay, Nina would ask for our preferred time daily to deliver fresh fruit to our room. She also thoughtfully provided special Qingdao local beverages, which I absolutely loved. This really allowed us to experience the rich local culture of Qingdao, greatly enhancing our trip. When the hotel conducted a voltage check, Nina promptly messaged us to remind us and assured us there was nothing to worry about, showing incredible foresight. When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage. After I explained the situation to Nina, she immediately arranged for a bellhop to help us bring our bags downstairs. She anticipated every need throughout our stay, making the entire check-in process incredibly smooth. The service was warm and attentive. I truly love the Shangri-La Hotel in Qingdao; it's a benchmark in the industry!"

"Room: Excellent! The view from my room was fantastic, and it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Environment: The location is great. It's within walking distance of the senior bathing area and very close to the sea. Service: This was exceptional, especially from Elly. As the Guest Relations Manager, she was incredibly thoughtful. She gave us a comprehensive introduction to everything in advance and met all our requests regarding the room. Many thanks to her! Facilities: Overall, they were excellent, especially the gym, both in terms of ambiance and equipment. Suggestion: I hope you'll consider allowing food delivery directly to rooms or implementing robot delivery. Many five-star hotels offer this nowadays, and asking guests to pick up their own deliveries feels a bit outdated for current service standards. Everything else was perfect. In summary: As I told Elly, I'll definitely be staying here every time I visit Qingdao."

"I brought my friends to Qingdao again, and I'm incredibly satisfied! 👍 First, let's talk about the accommodation. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room at the Westin, and the room was bright and spacious. The bathroom facilities were complete, quiet, and odor-free. The air conditioning was adjustable and not too noisy – these were all significant improvements compared to my stay at the Westin in Shanghai a few days prior. Next, the service. The customer service lady proactively asked about my needs, and all my requests – for a quiet room, far from the elevator, and a large room – were met, not just formally. The cleaning auntie was also very enthusiastic and available whenever called. Then, the hotel's location is just perfect! It's within walking distance of key attractions, and for further places, the subway entrance is right outside. It's also very close to Joy City, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, with excellent service to boot… Most importantly, Qingdao now offers free subway rides for seniors over 60, which is a thoughtful and touching gesture! I am very pleased with my hotel choice, proud to recommend this trip, and absolutely full of praise for Qingdao! 👍🌷"

I chose The St. Regis for their service philosophy, and despite some negative reviews on Xiaohongshu that made me nervous, this stay completely exceeded my expectations! I must express my sincere gratitude to our butler, Talia, for her attentive care. **Location:** The St. Regis boasts prime sea views, so the scenery is, naturally, unparalleled. In the Olympic Sailing Center room type, you can watch the sunrise from your room in the morning and admire the lights at night. A short walk across the road leads to the beach, and it's within walking distance of the Third Bathing Beach, Taipingjiao Park, and Badaguan Scenic Area. The surrounding area is also bustling with commercial centers; MixC, Haitian Mall, and Hisense Plaza are all nearby. Behind the hotel, there's a residential area with many restaurants along Yan'an 3rd Road, offering plenty of dining options. The transportation is convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. **Environment and Facilities:** The hotel's public areas are very clean, though I wasn't particularly fond of the scent. Our room was also very clean; in the room I stayed in, the carpets, sofa, and other fabric surfaces were spotless, and the bathroom hygiene was up to standard. The room wasn't damp and had no strange odors. The air conditioning worked well and was very quiet, plus the TV allowed screen mirroring! The bedding was comfortable, and the pillow exchange was also excellent. **Breakfast:** We had breakfast at the hotel for three consecutive days. The overall taste was good, and there was a decent variety, with many Chinese dishes made fresh. Although the overall selection didn't change much over the three days, some dishes were rotated. We had breakfast between 7:00 and 8:30 AM each day, and the crowd was manageable, not overly crowded. The 'dried bread' at breakfast, paired with cream cheese and butter, was surprisingly delicious, haha. **Service:** First, the hotel contacted me two days in advance to add the butler, Talia, on WeChat. Talia was incredibly meticulous, staying in touch with me from before check-in to discuss room details. After we checked in, she proactively contacted us daily to ask about our needs during our stay, such as whether we were satisfied with the room, if we wanted a bubble bath, or if we needed any drinks. These small touches of care made us feel very warm and looked after. Overall, I would still recommend The St. Regis, and I would choose it again if I visit Qingdao in the future."
