Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

An excellent vintage-style hotel. The tall, bearded handsome guy at the front desk spoke very fluent English, making communication easy. The hotel exterior has a distinctive medieval style, and its location is superb, offering convenient access to all attractions around Freedom Square. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is quiet, with a pedestrian street right outside. The breakfast is quite generous for the area, and the taste is good. The restaurant has a tranquil and atmospheric setting.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!

The hotel is in Vake. This is a nice business area but a bit far from the old city and touristic parts. The hotel is in a locally well known twisted highrise. The rooms showing their age and towels and linens are at the end of their life cycle. The hotel service in Georgia is one of the worst in the World and this one is no exception. I guess it is a residual cultural thing left over legacy from the USSR era.

The location of the hotel is very good but the service wasn't very good, It felt like they didn't care much about the visitors or maybe, the bed sheets wasn't changed for the 3 days we stayed there, the tooth paste wasn't being renewed, and we had to call them everytime we want to change the glasses and cups in the room, one day we left and came back in the evening and no one came in our absence to clean even though we left the tag requesting to clean and we had to call them again to request someone to come clean and change the glasses as well. The place is nice I liked the decorations, but they need to take care more of customers services and expirence.

The room wasn't huge, but the high ceilings gave it a good sense of space, so it didn't feel small at all. When we first checked in, we were given room 206, which was incredibly noisy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and without a word, they offered a solution. They moved us to room 303, an inner-facing room. The service was absolutely impeccable. And the hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke fluent English. Five-star service, truly. Plus, the deposit was refunded very quickly – I received it within 12 hours of checking out. The breakfast was just okay. However, after staying at other larger hotels in different Georgian cities after checking out, I realized their breakfast was actually quite good in comparison. I'd suggest adding more food options that appeal to Asian tourists, especially those from China, Japan, and Korea. During breakfast, I noticed most guests were indeed from these three regions. This would definitely boost the hotel's competitiveness.

It's easy to get to, as the hotel is practically right at the entrance to Tbilisi. Parking is not an issue, and there are grocery stores nearby. The only downside is the road noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is sufficient, so it's not a major problem. I enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff barely speaks Russian, and only a little English, but it didn't cause any discomfort. All questions and issues were resolved.

We loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the water and food were delicious! The staff was friendly, and there's a great new park across the street from the hotel! There's a professional swimming pool and a children's pool with a jacuzzi! 😁 We'll definitely choose this hotel when we visit Tbilisi.
