"Very good and considerate staff. Always available. Awesome design and very good lighting and landscaping, albeit a questionable caliber of guests (some hotel guests were staring at me in a way that makes me feel unease and somewhat uncomfortable), but i understand totally it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Would recommend for people who want a relaxed and laid-back stay in Florence. This is your at-call mini villa here in Florence, very cute backyard and very nice design, and the room was unbelievably comfortable, the shower included. And they had a nice and quiet reading room in the common area, despite the fact that i would recommend the hotel install some anti-UV shades at the place, in general the atmosphere was impeccable. This is the place i want to stay in for 3 months to do some research in."

"There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious."

"I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!"

"Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well."

We asked the staff if it was mandatory, and they said it wasn't. However, I think if it wasn't mandatory, we should have mentioned it when we paid. Overall, I'm happy to tip, but 50 euros was a bit much, so my husband declined. I suggest that you allow guests to choose how much to tip, rather than simply requiring a specific amount."

"The arrangement of the rooms is very casual. The difference between the two rooms for the same price is a bit big, one is big and the other is small. The location is good, 1.5 kilometers away from the Golden Bridge. The style of the private manor is very Tuscan."
