A really great hotel! The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, provides excellent service. I've stayed here many times, and each time is a very comfortable experience. 100 points!

Spent a weekend at the Novotel Suzhou Taihu Hot Spring Hotel and was really impressed by their complete range of facilities. The rooms are spacious and provide a very comfortable stay. There's a great selection of recreational activities, with various hot spring pools and indoor/outdoor swimming pools to choose from. They also have excellent facilities for families, including an indoor play area, kids' water slides, and outdoor adventure activities – truly something for everyone, adults and children alike. The overall environment is clean and tidy. You could easily spend a whole day here without getting bored, making it perfect for a family vacation. The front desk was also very prompt and thorough in resolving any issues.

The views of Taihu Lake are absolutely stunning. We originally booked a king room, but after speaking with Trip.com customer service, they upgraded us to a lake view room. The official photos of the lake view rooms looked beautiful, but upon checking in, I was a little disappointed. The lake was still quite far away. However, we could still see Taihu Lake from our room, and the room itself was quite spacious. The breakfast, though, was just so-so – basically just noodles and a salad.

This summer, I took my child to the Marriott hotel by Lake Tai in Suzhou for a weekend getaway. Before our arrival, the hotel butler called and mentioned they'd add me on WeChat, but they only did so at the front desk after we'd checked in. I had already informed the Ctrip customer service to request a room upgrade and late check-out, but when I repeatedly asked about the upgrade at check-in, I didn't get a direct answer. They did grant the late check-out though. The room was just so-so; the pillows were incredibly soft and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The placement of the trash cans was also quite inconvenient; there wasn't one near the sink. The recreation center was pretty good, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool was 27 degrees Celsius, and the water had just been changed at the end of June. The outdoor pool had a children's play area, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. On Saturday nights during the summer, there was even a pool party with fireworks. The recreation center also had mahjong rooms, table tennis rooms, and billiard rooms, but all of these cost extra. Breakfast was truly disappointing; the variety didn't meet five-star hotel standards, and the dishes were the same for both days of our stay. We even had to ask a staff member for spoons, which was quite inconvenient. On the night of our arrival, I asked the butler for body lotion, but it took a long time to arrive. Overall, the staff wasn't very enthusiastic.

It's loquat season again, and as usual, we stayed at Yuxia Tower. The room was spacious and came with a welcome fruit platter. I do wish they'd swap the welcome fruit for seasonal loquats though! As for service, they were very responsive to all our requests, except that the front desk was unstaffed at night, requiring us to go to the front desk across the way. A special shout-out to Wang Jing from the front desk! My elderly family member left their phone behind at the hotel, and Wang Jing went above and beyond to help us mail it back. Her attitude was excellent, and we're very grateful.

I decided to come here with my friends to take photos of BJD because of the environment. It is indeed a very beautiful B&B. The guest area and the coffee shop and restaurant in front are separated by a gate, so it is very quiet and no one disturbs you when taking photos. The staff are very nice. I accidentally dropped a small photo prop in the yard, and they contacted me to return it~ Although we booked late this time, the ginkgo leaves have almost fallen, but they are still very beautiful. It is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it would be if it was two weeks earlier! ! ! My friend and I are very satisfied. The Holiday Inn Suzhou Taihu Lake is conveniently located right next to Lake Taihu and is accessible via Metro Line 5. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with some simple children's play equipment in the lobby on the first floor where kids can have fun. The Chinese restaurant on the 13th floor offers a breakfast buffet and a light lunch menu. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the family suite can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for family trips.

Hengshan Island's rare pure first-line lake view housing, lighting and landscape are directly full. The sunrise atmosphere of Taihu Lake in the early morning is excellent. The room type on the first floor has a private soup with a small independent courtyard, which is very private. A large area of the lake lawn can be camped and barbecued, the environment is clean and elegant, away from the crowd, and it is too suitable to relax for a short trip.

Let me first say the conclusion: If you are not catching a flight, it is not recommended to choose. Atour is expanding too fast, and the quality control is worrying. If it continues like this, it is likely to follow the old path of HIX. The sanitation environment of the hotel elevator is very poor, and there is a peculiar smell. The first time I was given a room at the elevator entrance, I inserted the card to get power after entering, and there was a loud sound from the TV immediately, which scared me... I stayed on a TV series, and the bed had obvious signs of being sat on. I don’t understand how the guest room is made. Later I was upgraded to Jimu (only a small refrigerator with drinks was added).

This is a must-visit hotel every time I come to Suzhou. The environment is beautiful. Xiaofeng at the front desk is very enthusiastic and very cost-effective. She helps to upgrade the room type every time I come. I recommend it to everyone. I recommend you use Ctrip to book. The after-sales service is good.
