"The cleanliness was very poor; I found a small clump of hair on the large pillow on the bed as soon as I checked in. The body lotion cap in the bathroom was broken, the pump dispenser was completely missing, so it was unusable. The shower gel bottle in the shower was almost empty by the first day. For some reason, the kitchen had no electricity, so the range hood and toaster didn't work. Aside from the view from the window, everything else was subpar."

"Hotel location is very good, right next to the docking harbour for cruises and there are a few car rental companies nearby. However, we arrived on a very busy day and they only had limited parking spots on a first come first served basis, so we had to park quite far away. The hotel lobby looked really grand, with coffee machines free for guests to use. Check in was quick and efficient. We quickly checked out the gym on 2nd floor, we didn't get to utilise it but the gym was very well equipped with Technogym equipment and even a squat rack! The room itself was clean and spacious, it was cloudy and rainy otherwise the view overlooking the docking port would have been fantastic. Buffet breakfast was another highlight, with lots of options and allergies / ingredients clearly labelled. Definitely try out their wide range of local cheeses, absolutely yummy!"

"Our stay in one of the cabins at this accommodation was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The house is absolutely huge; even though it was just my partner and me, it’s also perfect for a group of friends or a family, as it has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and two bathrooms. One of our favorite features was the balcony, where you can leave your camera recording overnight and wake up to see the magic you captured. On our last night, the sky gifted us an incredible display of intense Northern Lights, and we were able to enjoy them directly from the balcony. What an unforgettable experience. I truly recommend this place not only for its comfort but also for the amazing opportunity to watch the Northern Lights right from the balcony or the backyard."

"Μου δόθηκε μια τέλεια καμπίνα που βλέπει τη θάλασσα με ορεινές προβολές. Η τοποθεσία είναι στην πραγματικότητα αρκετά κοντά στην πόλη - περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Για να περάσεις τη γέφυρα χρειάζεσαι ενέργεια, καθώς το ασανσέρ ήταν αρκετά υψηλό, ειδικά με τις αποσκευές. Η καμπίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και η θύρα και η τουαλέτα θερμαίνονται κατά τη διάρκεια του χειμώνα. Μπορεί να περπατήσει μέχρι την ακτή. Ήμασταν τυχεροί που είδαμε την Λαίδη Αυρόρα έξω από την καμπίνα μας. Η υπηρεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, όπως απαντήθηκαν άμεσα οι ερωτήσεις."
