"Good locatios. Not far from the station. Easy to walk around. Nice Indian restaurant in the station, Dotonberi is really not far. Staff very friendly. At time long queues for the lift. Swimming area really nice, the view at night is amazing. Cascade bakery if you can find it do, nice variety there. All in all, good for a week."

On clear days, you can spot the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge and Awaji Island in the distance, but the most breathtaking moment is at sunset, when the entire sea turns a vibrant orange-red, romantic beyond words. At night, Osaka Bay twinkles with lights, the city's nightscape reflecting beautifully on the water – it’s gorgeous both day and night. 🏨 Elegant Design, Comfortable Rooms The hotel, formerly a Hyatt, boasts a retro-modern Art Deco style throughout, with marble columns and brass accents exuding sophistication. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with excellent water pressure. The lighting is thoughtfully designed and cozy, with a sense of quality evident in every detail. 🤵 Attentive Service, Like Home The front desk staff and all other personnel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. When a guest had an unexpected issue late at night, the front desk reacted swiftly and handled it adeptly. The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! Highly recommended to all friends visiting Osaka!"

"The hotel is directly connected to the station, which makes it very accessible. Several subway lines run through here, which is super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, making it hard to open a suitcase. However, there were plenty of amenities, and it was clean and comfortable. The elevators can be slow, so it's best to leave with plenty of time to spare."

"This hotel was recommended by a friend, and its location is absolutely fantastic. Downstairs, there's a city rail station, and it's a hub for various subway lines, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The airport shuttle also has a stop right next to the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quite spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I'm particular about my sleep, so I was thrilled that the bed was very comfortable and the environment was peaceful. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future."

"I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response. The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment."

"Blown away by the bakery downstairs! Not only do they have freshly baked bread, but also delicious and affordable food from the hotel restaurant. I loved how plentiful the hotel shuttle bus and taxis were! 😍 On our first night, we got an upgraded room. While it was bigger, the toilet and shower were combined. Since we were traveling with an elder, I was concerned about the safety of climbing in and out of the bathtub. After speaking with the front desk, they changed us back to our original room type. The next day, the hotel staff even brought our luggage directly to the new room and helped set up the extra bed – I was so grateful! ❤️ The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, which is perfect for a city walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time!!"

Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small."

"Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want."
