"The only minor issues were the curtains by the bed, which weren't long enough and allowed people to see in, and a slight odor in the bathroom upon check-in. However, after one shower, the smell disappeared. Otherwise, everything was great, and the location is excellent."

"Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The rooms are large and check-in was quick. We stayed for 4 nights. On the second night, the air conditioner started leaking heavily, so we had to use a trash can to catch the water. The reception staff only start at 11 AM, so when we left in the morning, there was no one there. In the evening, we informed a staff member about the AC issue, but no one ever came to fix it. This meant we barely slept for two nights. We either had to turn off the AC and suffer from the heat, or spend the night constantly emptying buckets because of the leaking water. On our last night, they finally provided a new room, and we were able to get some sleep. The windows faced a busy road, so it was very noisy with constant ambulance sirens. So, on one hand, the rooms are good and the location is good, but the soundproofing is very poor."

"I stayed for 6 nights this time, and I highly recommend it for budget travelers! The room is standard Japanese style; although small, it's very well-planned and highly functional. The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The transportation here is incredibly convenient, making it quick to get to and from the airport, as well as to various attractions in Osaka city. The best part is that there's a laundromat and a hot spring bath right across the street. The overall convenience and value for money are simply unbeatable! I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Osaka!"

"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious safety concern. At around midnight, the fire alarm went off and woke everyone. The announcements initially included English instructions, with the last clear message telling guests to evacuate immediately. As we were staying on the 27th floor, we had no choice but to assume this was a real emergency and made our way down. However, once outside, there was no staff present to guide guests or confirm what was happening. After waiting with other confused guests, we went to reception on the 17th floor, only to find the staff seemingly unaware that people had evacuated the building. They appeared surprised when we told them guests were outside. Eventually, we were informed there was no fire, and staff apologized — but there was no clear communication during the incident and no follow-up support or compensation offered. This situation did not feel safe. In an emergency, especially in a high-rise building, clear communication and staff coordination are critical. The lack of guidance and awareness from the hotel staff was concerning and could have led to panic or injury. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves their emergency procedures to ensure guest safety in the future."

"Very cool place. Really spacious, we even surprised. Everything is there, the location is convenient (is near Namba station, but since not on a big road, but in a alley, then no noise at night)"

"The hotel was really easy to find! The room was clean, and it had everything you'd expect: shower, bathtub, fridge, TV, etc. All the facilities were great. The price was quite reasonable too. It's super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, about a ten-minute walk to both. The train station is also around ten minutes away. The service was excellent, and most of the front desk staff were Chinese. A special shout-out to Xiaobaitu (Little White Rabbit) on the night shift! She was incredibly nice, warm, and gentle, and helped us out multiple times. A huge thank you to her! (´▽｀)!!!"

"Everything was great! Uncontacted settlement and departure. Number as a full apartment, neighbors have not seen or heard, there is a balcony, perfect location. I will recommend others and come by myself !"
