"I've stayed on both the south and north sides of the island, and the advantages of Sacaya are clearly evident. Firstly, it's very close to the main street and 7-Eleven, making shopping, dining, and renting a scooter incredibly convenient, all within a few minutes' walk. Secondly, there are three pools: the leisure village resort pool and the beachfront pool, all perfect for a swim. Thirdly, it's very, very close to the beach. When I first booked, I couldn't tell the different room locations, but the bungalows and deluxe rooms seem to be the closest to the sea. Of course, it also depends on the angle; there are more reefs near the 'Love Tree' area and a long sandy beach near the bar/restaurant. Fourthly, there's a daily fire show and boat pick-up/drop-off service. Fifthly, the breakfast buffet offers a good variety. The service staff and the security guards across the street were all very friendly, smiling, and welcoming."

"1. The room is large. It has all the necessary furniture for working on vacation (crucial for me), and places to put books and tablets. 2. It's clean and cozy. There are many windows, but even though the bungalow is small, it's still a bit dark. The windows are opaque from the outside, so no one can see you when the curtains are open. 3. The air conditioner is quite quiet. The outdoor unit is located right behind the closet, so you don't hear any humming when it's running. 4. The bathroom is huge and bright. All amenities are provided, even a rubber mat to prevent accidental slips. The drain works well, there are two showers, and a separate faucet just for washing your feet – everything is very well thought out. 5. There's a safe, bathrobes, flip-flops (!), and, of course, towels. The bed is large. We arrived with my daughter, but there were no bungalows with two beds. They apologized and gave us two blankets. This is luxury-class care, thank you! 6. Sea view. The sea is just two steps down a path. New, good sun loungers, umbrellas, and a wonderfully equipped beach. 7. Light and pleasant music plays all day. This might be a problem for some, so be aware, but we didn't mind it. There was no music on Sunday. At the beach bar, the music stops strictly at 11 PM, but you can hear the neighboring bay's music – I'd go crazy if I lived there. In bungalows further from the restaurant, you can't hear any music at all. The property has bungalows with sea views, cottages, rooms, and beachfront suites – accommodation for every taste and budget. The grounds are very picturesque and well-maintained. You can take a taxi to the pier for 250 baht. 8. The breakfasts are amazing. We haven't encountered hotels with such breakfasts in a long time. Every day there were 2-3 types of meat, fish, potatoes, pasta, soups, rice, a ton of sweets, even sweet rice. And cheese (!). There was Camembert, Brie, and some hard cheeses. Ham/sausages/omelets/eggs, of course. A coffee machine, tea, juices, fruits. In short, during our 5-day stay, we only went to a restaurant for dinner once :) We were full all day! 9. Check the tide map. If low tide starts in the morning, it can be a significant issue. The bay is small, and at low tide, the water recedes so much that swimming is a problem. When there's plenty of water, everything is great, and there's even a small reef where you can wander and look at fish. 10. Summary: The hotel is excellent, with guest care at every turn. We will definitely return. Prosperity to the resort and a huge thank you to the staff for their care!"

"My most favourite place to stay at Koh Samed. I will stay here in future again. I love the swimming pools, breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed every moment. I stayed for 9 nights. All staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Resort is walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops."

"This is a newly opened, simple yet stylish hotel. The room was a decent size and very comfortable. It's a bit far from the center, so it's especially recommended for those who want to stay mostly at the hotel, read books, or relax quietly on the beach. The hotel's restaurant seemed to offer good value for money on food items. However, alcoholic beverages were a bit pricey, so I was glad I bought drinks near the port before heading back. If you plan on going out a lot for massages, restaurants, or activities, renting a scooter would make getting around much easier. Grab isn't available on the island, and transportation mainly relies on songthaews. Each ride costs 200 baht, and it takes a while for them to arrive after calling, so this hotel is better suited for those who prefer a relaxed stay."

"Even though Koh Samet isn't a very large island, after exploring a bit, my favorite spot was definitely the beach right in front of the hotel. The waves were gentle, the sand was clean, and it wasn't as crowded as Diamond Beach. While it's about 2.5 kilometers from the main street, the hotel front desk can arrange scooter rentals or help you call a songthaew for 200 THB one way. There's also a small pier directly in front of the hotel, so you can take a speedboat straight from Ban Phe Pier to the hotel for 300 THB one way. If you plan to use this service for a round trip, it's best to confirm the times with the hotel in advance. The hotel's breakfast selection was really limited, but honestly, that's pretty standard for the entire island. My family of three had a perfect 5-day stay here, and my child absolutely loved it. All the staff at the resort were very nice, especially the young man at the front desk who provided excellent service."

"We loved everything! The grounds aren't huge, but they're green and there's a pool. Breakfasts are tasty and varied: every day there's toast, scrambled eggs, coffee, omelets made to order, several kinds of fruit, and hot dishes that change daily. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The bungalows are a bit old and small inside, but they have everything you need. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which was fixed very quickly. The only thing is the shower water was only lukewarm (or maybe we couldn't figure out how to adjust it). The Wi-Fi was decent, flying in the morning but slower in the evening. And the main thing is that the hotel is located on a stunning beach. It's peaceful here, but not boring, with cafes, a small shop, and fire shows. The hotel provides sun loungers. The taxi stand is behind the hotel, so getting around is easy, or you can walk and explore different beaches. If we go to Samet again, we'll choose this hotel again, partly because of the beach."

"The hotel's overall environment is great, perfect for a vacation, and the room privacy is excellent, very comfortable. The drinks at the restaurant are also delicious, and you can see many giant clams and fish on the beach right outside. The only downside is that the chlorine in the swimming pool is too strong! My child's body, inner thighs, and neck all broke out in rashes. My child swims frequently, and we've never encountered this at previous hotels. Even my friend developed scattered red rashes after swimming for just half an hour."

"I stayed in a sea-view room and the atmosphere was fantastic. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I really liked how quiet the resort was, perfect for a true getaway. The buffet breakfast was included, and the food was decent with a good variety of options. Eating while enjoying the sea view was a definite plus. My favorite part was definitely the swimming pool. The view was stunning, and I could just relax by the pool all day. It was so chill, and every photo I took there turned out beautifully. The resort also has a cafe. The drink prices weren't too high, starting at less than 100 baht, which was great value. Overall, I was very impressed with the atmosphere, the views, and the comfort. If I get the chance to visit Koh Samet again, I would definitely come back to stay here."
