"Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience! I'd especially like to commend the short-haired, ethnic minority girl at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet, and her service attitude was absolutely top-notch – truly exceeding expectations. She was warm and thoughtful, proactively asking if we needed anything and telling us to call the front desk. She was also very attentive, reminding us of things, and never showed even a hint of impatience throughout our interactions. Communication with her was very comfortable; she spoke with a constant smile, making us feel incredibly welcomed. After we checked in, she even called to ask if we were satisfied with our room. This kind of service really makes you feel a heartwarming sense of coming home. Such a great employee definitely deserves recognition. Five stars!"

"1. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. We forgot the lock The boss checked the car carefully and informed us. The boss's father even saw us off to the car and said goodbye warmly. 2. The room is very clean and new, and the courtyard is beautifully maintained 3. The location of the B&B is very good, very close to the night market and Bagua City Night close The only flaw is the breakfast. We booked two rooms, and they should have two side dishes, but they only gave us one. For five of us, the quantity was definitely not enough, so we asked the boss's mother to make two side dishes, and ordered two steamed buns, which cost an extra 10 yuan. I know that steamed buns are 2 yuan each and are not included in the breakfast. But they charge an extra 6 yuan for side dishes, which is not much, but it doesn't make a good impression. It may be because the owner of the B&B was not there, otherwise I don't think he would do it this way (seeing other comments that the owner also gave away fried chicken, he must not be reluctant to give away one or two side dishes). Overall it was a very satisfying experience."

"This stay had several thoughtful touches that absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. 1. There were nearly 10 bottles of water in the room. While other hotels might offer water, it's rare to find so many proactively placed in the room. 2. In the morning, due to heavy snow closing the highway, we had to turn back. Even though we had already checked out, the front desk attendant was incredibly understanding and let us use our room key again to rest for a while. 3. Before we left, and after we had already returned our key and checked out, they generously lent us an umbrella so we could go out for breakfast. This level of trust made us feel incredibly welcome."

The front desk was kind and courteous when checking in and explained the breakfast location in the room in detail. The room was clean and decorated in a bright style. The beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains can be seen outside the window. Breakfast The service staff at Fengsheng are also kind and courteous. It is the best hotel I have stayed in Xinjiang in the past ten days."

"Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!"
