"Κάναμε μια μικρή διακοπές στο Θέιλ και περάσαμε τρεις νύχτες στο Βίλα Άλις... με αυτό ήταν το μικρό μας πλυντήριο... η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά καλή για εκδρομές. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και μόνο αυτό χρειάζεστε για ένα χαλαρό χρόνο. Δεδομένου ότι είχαμε κλείσει με πρωινό και κάποτε είχαμε δείπνο με το Φως του Κερατά, δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε την κουζίνα. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε την περιοχή ευεξίας μια φορά και μπορούμε να την συστήσουμε απολύτως. Είναι απλά άνετα και αισθάνεσαι καλά όταν εισέλθεις στην περιοχή. Το πρωινό ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό. Ήταν όλα εκεί, είτε είναι καρπό, γλυκό, δημητριακά κ.λπ., και ένα ασυνήθιστα ευρύ φάσμα φρέσκων φρούτων. Το δείπνο του κεριού ήταν υπέροχο και το φαγητό ήταν σούπερ νόστιμο. Η υπηρεσία ήταν σπουδαία και απλά το όλο προσωπικό ήταν πολύ γλυκό και χρήσιμο. Είστε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι και αισθάνεστε ότι όλοι κάνουν τα πάντα για μια χαλαρή διαμονή. Εν συντομία, δεν έχουμε χάσει τίποτα, αισθανόμαστε καλά και μπορούμε να συστήσουμε την Villa Alice. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την μεγάλη σας στιγμή."

"Μια περιοδική τέλειος διαμονή. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεπεισμένο ότι έχει μια ονείρων θέση, κομψά και πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια, καθώς και μια εξαιρετική φιλική και συνειδητοποιημένη ομάδα. Από την έξοδο μέχρι την έξοδο, μας καλωσορίζαμε και φρόντιζαν καλύτερα. Το πρωινό ήταν ποικίλο, φρέσκο και εξαιρετική ποιότητα. Επίσης, η εγκατάσταση διατηρήθηκε και έγινε με μεγάλη αγάπη για λεπτομέρειες. Ειδικά εντυπωσιάστηκε από την καρδιά μας φιλοξενία – κάθε υπάλληλος ήταν αφοσιωμένος και χρήσιμος. Θα μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο οποιαδήποτε στιγμή και να το συστήσουμε πλήρως. Σας ευχαριστώ για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή!"

"In short: We spent an entire night in temperatures just above freezing with our 19-month-old daughter. It was freezing cold and drafty because otherwise the stench would have been unbearable. Driving home in heavy snowfall was out of the question for us at that hour. And what shouldn't be forgotten is that this wasn't exactly cheap accommodation. At over €400 for two nights, or €550 with breakfast, you can expect a clean room and, even more importantly, own up to mistakes and face the consequences, namely refunding money that was wrongly withheld because the service wasn't provided. To be more detailed: I primarily want to distance myself from negative reviews simply because people are surprised that an outdoor pool isn't open in winter. I definitely don't fall into that category. However, what my family and I experienced at the Hotelpark Bodetal in early January 2026 is hard to stomach. In forty years of traveling, I've never experienced anything like it. But let's jump back in time together. It was a relatively spontaneous trip for my wife's birthday with our 19-month-old daughter. Having found and booked through ***********, we set off full of anticipation for Thale and the Hotelpark Bodetal on a snowy, cold January day. Everything seemed relaxed at the hotel. We checked into our room in House 8, ground floor, in the afternoon and immediately experienced a nasty surprise. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a musty, cheesy smell. "Well," I thought, "it's cold." Visually, the room looked quite dated, but okay, perhaps the cleaning product had lingered. So, we aired it out thoroughly. Nevertheless, I informed the rather overweight man at reception that the room smelled bad. He evaded the issue by saying that no cleaning staff were currently available, but assured us that the room would be cleaned again the following day. For the time being, I left it at that. Despite repeated offers to experience the smell in the room himself, the gentleman refused to leave the reception desk. Presumably, his work motivation is linked to his interest in physical activity. Since our little one loves water, we promptly went to the Bodetal thermal baths. Upon our return, and despite leaving the windows slightly open for cross-ventilation in the freezing cold, we were greeted upon entering the apartment by our roommate again: the putrid, cheesy stench. I put my nose to work and, with some effort and a bit of patience, managed to locate the suspected culprit in the kitchen. It was lodged in the kitchen sink drain and the overflow of the cutlery tray, as you can see in the attached photos. As is clearly visible in the photos, the culprit in the cutlery tray drain, in particular, had been there for weeks, if not months."
