"This was our 2nd trip here in August. For more than 2 weeks. Amazing kids entertainment. Nightly music was lovely. Pool very clean. No problem getting beds. Bar the odd day!! Can’t wait to return for our longer trip again this week. Staff are amazing. All of them. So kind. David was so kind with my daughter. Breakfast lovely. We tried dinner one night but it wasn’t really our type of food. The pool bar food is lovely. And the iced coffee is my favourite addiction in Hyde Park! But the drinks at the bar are expensive!"

"Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι καλό για οικογένειες, όχι τόσο για φίλους ή ζευγάρια που αισθάνομαι. Ωραίο δωμάτιο, όμορφο καθαρό μέρος. Η ομάδα κινηματογράφου είναι καλό, ειδικά ο Λορέντζο μας έκανε να γελάσουμε! Είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από την παραλία, χρησιμοποιείτε το κλειδί του δωματίου σας για να μπείτε και να βγείτε από την πόρτα που νόμιζα ότι ήταν ασφαλές. Είναι λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια σε μερικά καταστήματα, μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Μπορείτε επίσης να πιάσετε αεροπλάνα που πετάνε πάνω από το ξενοδοχείο που νόμιζα ότι ήταν δροσερό. Το ταξί για το Πουέρτο del Carmen ήταν μόνο 5 ευρώ, που ήταν τέλειο. " μόνο πτώση θα έλεγα είναι το φαγητό, μερικές φορές ήταν κρύο και δεν μαγειρεύεται σωστά και μερικές μέρες δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές αλλά υπάρχει κάτι για όλους. Τα ποτά/κοκτέιλ είναι κάπως περιορισμένες επιλογές σε όλους τους τομείς. Το προσωπικό του μπαρ ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο και φιλικό, ειδικά ο Benito, κάνει καλά κοκτέιλ. Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο συνολικά."

"Το μόνο λάθος που έπρεπε να αποσυνδέσουμε το τηλέφωνο που δεν χρειαζόμασταν να το συνδέσουμε... ήταν να προσλάβουμε ένα δοχείο και να βράσουμε το δοχείο στο κρεββάτι. αντλίες 70% του χρόνου"

"Είναι πολύ καλά τοποθετημένο. Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο με δωμάτιο, αμερικανική κουζίνα και δύο αρκετά μεγάλα δωμάτια. Υπάρχει μια αρκετά καλή καθαριότητα και μια πολύ καλή υπηρεσία. Το πρωινό είναι σαν ένα μπουφέ που έχει τα πάντα λίγο πολύ πλούσια. Γενικά αρκετά καλά"

"Τι υπέροχη κυρία με τόσο φανταστική αίσθηση του χιούμορ, που κρατά το κοινό εμπλεκόμενο σε ένα γρήγορο λινάρι που μεταφράζει τόσο εύκολα από την ισπανική της γλώσσα στην Βρίσκουσα. Θα επιστρέψω!!!!"

"1st off the hotel is beautiful 9/10,v.clean, saw a few ants&that’s all.The most mess is made by the people not picking up their cups,plates etc but they have staff on hand for this but if every1 picked up after themselves it would be a 10.2ndly,the staff.Wow Bakour you would be lost without them.amazed at how great animation crew was,Danni &javi &thibaut were fantastic. Me&husband did a sangria lesson with javi, thibaut &2ladies&it was great.Very funny&really appreciated they spoke in French,Spanish&English so we all understood.Javi did a fitness class in pool which I enjoyed &even kids joined in.thibaut played chess with my eldest for hours which we really appreciated&he really enjoyed!They also bring the Matt out in the pool every other day which is a HUGE hit with the kids&some adults lol!Danni did archery with the kids&games which they loved.My kids were never bored, age 15.12&8. &the life guards! Especially ones in the pic r AMAZING, they were fantastic with my kids i was never worried my kids weren’t safe&after hearing about a drowning in the past I was concerned but no need they were fabulous.They played with the kids&husband haha &we miss them lots already!If this hotel didn’t have the animation team or these life guards we wouldn’t come back.They make the hotel 1000% we can not thank you all enough for how hard you work&how dedicated u are 2making guests happy. &how much you made our holiday! The staff in the restaurant & bar staff are also amazing. The only negatives now… The hotel is situated in a great location, lidil around the corner, mc Donald’s 10 mins away, pharmacy next door, however you are at the top of a hill - if you have mobility issues & if you want to go to restaurants at the bottom-get a taxi it’s about 4 euros.U can ask the hotel 2order you one also.other critique from us was the food.it was hit or miss.All inclusive and the snack bar was 100% a hit and desserts in the restaurant but found the food in the restaurant wasn’t really to our taste, only went for breakfast x1 &didn’t see sausages, bacon&scrambled egg I’m sorry wasn’t worth the walk to breakfast.So I just left it.But I’ve heard so many other people say the weeks before we went the food was amazing so maybe it’s change of staff/last of seasonal foods-not sure.But for us because there’s the snack bar&restaurants close by it isn’t a huge deal.The other negative I’m afraid is the reception staff, when checking in it took forever, bare in mind 2 adults 3 kids been out 12 hours just want our room&the check in process was unnecessarily long.This was a guy when we arrived.Now upon checking out or any other time we needed reception there was an older woman,blonde hair. Again, so slow!People are checking in we are awaiting and waiting just to ask for a taxi to be ordered or something minor and she’s talking for England to other guests. I also wasn’t happy on the last day she left out suitcases and bags next to the reception when another guest said there’s a room near th"
