Room is a little small but it is understandable as majority of the hotel room in Tokyo is small. Love the customer service and happy that they provide luggage storage service as this make our trip easier without carrying the luggage around all the time

The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's surrounded by wholesale streets full of affordable clothing, as well as many small restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Usually, it's very quiet, but this time there was a large construction site next door that was quite noisy, even late at night and on weekends. The environment is decent and relatively clean; there's no waiting for the toilet or shower. Unfortunately, the shower room had a rather strong odor. The service was very professional.

The main advantage is its five-minute proximity to Tokyo Station. To get there, exit Tokyo Station via the Yaesu Central Gate, cross the street, walk straight until you reach Tsubakiya Coffee, and the small street on your left is where it's located. Another great plus: the shower caddy has three shelves, and the middle one is perfectly sized for women! That's a rare find!

Absolutely terrible mattresses and pillows. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were not supportive. Only get 2 pillows for a double bed. Towels are a bit old. Had trouble checking in and the email response was slow. Lucky I had worked my way out and got a cleaner (real person) to assist. My room stank of the last guest. I had to spray the room with my own spray. My pillows also stank. Despite having a kitchenette, there’s very limited bench space. Location is good. Has the basics especially when one is travelling and needs a place to rest. No luggage storage facilities. Has vacuum cleaner in room

This is my second time staying at Koko. The hotel feels relatively new, and most guests seem to be from Europe and America. It's directly opposite Meijiza Theater. I really love the atmosphere and surroundings of Ningyocho; there are plenty of great food options, and several subway lines are within walking distance. You can also walk to Nihonbashi for shopping. Getting to Haneda Airport is also super convenient, with direct train or airport bus options. My room had a view of the Skytree. While the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly comfortable for just me, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, complete with both a bathtub and a separate shower.

I had a layover in Tokyo on a Saturday, and to my surprise, hotel prices were ridiculously high. So, I frantically scoured platforms, looking for a clean place with a good location. This hotel barely had any reviews, and hardly anyone on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media app) had written about it, but I decided to take a chance. It was only 600 JPY for one night, located in the Hatchobori area, just one stop from Tokyo Station. [Location] The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Hatchobori Station, making it super convenient to get around. It's two stops to Tsukiji Market, Ginza is within walking distance, and Tokyo Tower is also very close. Shinjuku and Shibuya are in different directions, about a 30-minute subway ride. Disneyland is also quite close, roughly a 20-minute subway ride. [Facilities] This is an ICI Hotel, a Japanese chain, opened in 2020. The lobby was packed with luggage; you can store your bags, but keep in mind that check-out is at 10 AM. [Room] The room is genuinely small, only 9 square meters... it's hard to open a large suitcase. However, the room is very clean!! At this price, it's perfect for budget travelers. No need to stay in a hostel when you can have a private room at this price; I can't ask for more. [Service] The front desk staff was quite friendly, which is to be expected from a chain hotel. In summary, the hotel is clean and well-located. The downside is the small room, but it's ideal for those who spend their days out exploring Tokyo and don't plan on spending much time in the hotel.

Oh dear, I forgot to write a review, my apologies! This is my second stay at this hotel. Let me start with the conclusion: whenever you go to Tokyo or anywhere in Japan, if there's a Mitsui Garden Hotel in that city, just book it without hesitation. For the same price range, I personally think it's an exceptionally high-standard hotel among its type. Regarding this specific hotel, first, the location is excellent. From Marunouchi North Exit, it's about a 10-minute walk straight ahead, a very easy route to remember. The city views along the way are great, and there are various subway lines nearby. The room size is just right, and the facilities are perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. From the 6th floor upwards, each floor has vending machines for drinks and ice makers. One of the vending machines is specifically for alcoholic beverages, clearly marked. When I came in July, I visited them several times a day; this winter trip, I went less often. As for service, it was absolutely perfect... According to the policy of most Japanese hotels, check-in time is 3:00 PM. My Shinkansen from Toyama arrived in Tokyo at 2:00 PM. Since I had plans to meet a friend that evening and needed to shower and change, I discussed with the front desk lady if I could pay for early check-in. The result was that I didn't have to pay, and she asked me to wait a moment. About 10-15 minutes later, I was able to enter my room. I'm truly, truly grateful. Regarding breakfast, the dining area isn't huge, but it's one of the rare places that offers different food options every day. This means even if you stay for 3 or 4 consecutive days or more, you can still look forward to breakfast. So, if you're coming to Tokyo and need a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle, a comfortable room, and attentive service, I highly recommend this place.

Location: Right by the subway station, not far from Ginza or Shinjuku. Facilities: Exceeded expectations! The room wasn't as small as I thought, and coming back to a bath and a cold beer after a long day of walking was just perfect. Service: Good. Communication with the front desk was smooth. Highlights: There's a FamilyMart downstairs and a Lawson within a two-minute walk. Plus, there's a great coffee shop just around the corner.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It is small. It is very convenient for Tokyo Stations. There is a large shopping centre nars and shops nearby. It is close to Kyobashi underground statiin. The staff are wonderful. very helpful and courteous. The rooms are small but have everything you need. beds are firm but comfortable. We were moving around japan but coming back to this hotel for the last night so we could store one of our cases at the hotel FOC while we travelled. I would hight recommend this hotel.

The 17-square-meter room was just barely enough to open two 24-inch suitcases, but then the door wouldn't open. We had to put one suitcase away every day. The bathroom was a good size, and the bathtub was big enough to lie down in. I regret not bringing a disposable bath liner for a soak, but soaking my feet every night before bed was very comfortable and helped a lot with the fatigue from all the walking! The room was also very clean, with two chairs and a folding table, perfect for two people to eat or use as a bedside table. The mini-fridge was tiny, just right for two people to store the next day's breakfast. The duvet seemed to be down-filled; it was very light, so people who get cold easily at night might find it a bit chilly. The toothbrush was too hard and uncomfortable to use; I recommend bringing your own or buying one. The skincare samples were from Sekkisei, which weren't very good. There's a microwave and an ice machine on the first floor, and the coffee and tea powder were also good. There are three convenience stores nearby. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Kayabacho subway station, so getting around was very convenient. The area around the hotel was also very quiet at night, not a bustling district. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would like to stay here again if the price is right.
