Everything is good in general, nothing to complain about the room (it’s huge for Japan standard) and the receptionist can communicate fluently in chinese. Room looks exactly as per advertised. However, I do have to say that the location is pretty far from the Akihabara Station and it’s a boring walk back to hotel with little to none distractions, thus making it feel longer to walk to hotel when you’re tired. On a good note, there’s a convenience store on your way back and there’s a chicken katsu curry shop down the road (and many more good food around!). Oh, do not miss out on the viral milk shop at showadori-gate at the akihabara station.

Excellent location and perfect sleep quality! After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring! Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient. Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

If you're walking from JR with luggage, it's a bit far. I'd recommend taking the private railway as it's much closer, though be aware there are no elevators in the private railway station – something to consider. As for the hotel, I found it quite clean. The front desk had many Chinese staff who could help with luggage storage and even receiving packages. There's also free coffee. It's very convenient if you're going to Akihabara, as you can walk directly there. Good value for money, I'd consider staying here again.

I enjoyed everything from the moment I walked in the hotel lobby. Customer service was amazing as they were all kind and paid individual attention to each guest. My room was quite comfortable for me. Yes, Tokyo rooms are small but I was very comfortable and I even dejected the room with the massage chair~ which I used almost every day 😎 Location was the best! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel upon my next Tokyo stay. Thanks for the memories 🦋

Very good! The subway station is close by, and the hotel environment is excellent. You need to pick up toiletries yourself. The hotel offers breakfast and afternoon tea, and some Japanese guests also come for afternoon tea. The bedroom space is a bit small but still decent.

Pretty neat hotel, awesome location at center of Tokyo, Family Mart and supermarket are very close. Has used laundry and vending machines, microwave aslo useful. Small rooms though, but clean. No glass cup at room, but has window and A/C, WiFi works fine. Staff is friendly and English speaking well. Everyday fresh towels and 2 bottles and water. Good hotel to stay if you simply need place to sleep

As a Mitsui Group hotel, it exudes a strong Japanese vibe from the moment you step in. If you're looking to experience Japan's version of 'Atour' and immerse yourself in local Japanese culture, I highly recommend this hotel. We booked a premium twin room with breakfast for two nights a month in advance for 2980 yen, which was a great deal comparatively. Facilities: The room facilities are excellent. Both the showerhead and hairdryer are high-end, reputable brands, supposedly quite expensive. The room features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a direct view of 'Tokyo's Wall Street,' allowing you to soak in the atmosphere of the classic financial district. The room is quite spacious, with a desk and a sofa, which is a nice touch. The air purifier and humidifier quickly help cool down the room. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the ability to open the windows; although not a direct opening, a special mechanism ensures direct air circulation with the outside, a feature many hotels lack. Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness is excellent; I didn't find any water stains. Environment: The environment is fantastic, with a very high-end decor that feels incredibly comfortable. Mitsukoshimae Station on the Asakusa Line is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Service: The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic; the front desk always greets you proactively. Breakfast is classic Japanese style, with fewer Western options. I'd suggest trying breakfast for just one day. While it's unique, the taste is average, and many of the Japanese cold dishes might not appeal to everyone's palate. Plus, breakfast at this hotel is a bit pricey, making it less value for money.

The twin room size was a pleasant surprise! For this price in Tokyo, the room was quite spacious. The beds were about 1.2 meters wide, and I could easily open a 28-inch suitcase and a 24-inch front-opening suitcase with plenty of room to walk around. There was even a washbasin outside the bathroom, which was very convenient to use. The room cleanliness was good too. For getting around, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway entrance. Even with luggage, it's just a 12-minute walk to the bus stop for airport buses to both airports, making transportation very convenient. It's also a little over a 10-minute walk to JR Nihonbashi Station.

The location is excellent, just an hour from Narita Airport, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Kanda Station. The front desk staff speak very good English, making communication smooth. I was very happy with the room they assigned me; once the windows were closed, it was very quiet with no noise. The room comes with pajamas, and the bedding and pajamas are changed every three nights. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, with both Japanese and Western options, and it's excellent value for money. The staff are diligent and friendly.
