Hotel Pineta Campi ★★★★

"From:🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Couple in mid to late 20s We stayed at Hotel Pineta Campi during the first week of October 2023. This hotel and apartments deserves its 4 star rating. We stayed in an apartment with a Mountain View and balcony. Here’s the honest pros and cons… Pros: ✅ The view is wonderful ✅ The apartment is modern and very clean ✅ The pools and sauna were nice, can’t comment on the jacuzzi as we only tried it once and the bubbles weren’t on (not sure why) ✅ Situated close to Limone Sul Garda - a must visit location 🍋 ✅ We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked like the outside area had a lovely view ✅ Peaceful setting, a few walkable restaurants near by ✅ Good value for money Cons: ❎ The welcome wasn’t the friendliest, it was pretty average ❎ The apartment was a bit cold, but we personally didn’t want to pay extra for heating ❎ We had to spend a lot of time finding English channels on the TV - ended up mainly watching BBC World News just before bed ❎ No oven - I wish we new this as we done a shop on the way and bought some oven foods ❎ There’s dog(s) near by and we heard a fair bit of barking during our stay, luckily not through the night though ❎ Shower takes a long time to get hot ❎ Be prepared to be bitten by mosquitoes - obviously this isn’t the hotels fault, but it’s just a warning, so that you bring some bug spray. There’s also a lot of wasps that come to visit your balcony if you eat outside! ❎ Apartment block is quite far away from the hotel, you have to walk down a steep hill to get there so it’s missing the buzz and vibe of being around people ❎ Pay to play pool and there’s no triangle ❎ Paying extra for bedding and towels About the drive: As many reviews have already mentioned the roads are windy and they’re not kidding! We have rented cars in lots of locations and it was a bit tedious having to go up and down these little windy roads every time you want to go out! The journey to the bottom of the hill takes about 15 mins if you’re driving sensibly, which some people do and some don’t, (again, not the hotels fault). In our opinion, it’s well worth it for the view, but it all depends how much you like driving! "

"Πολύ όμορφο και πολύ καλά συντηρημένο συγκρότημα σε ένα όμορφο περιβάλλον. Τα διαμερίσματα φρόντιζαν προσεκτικά. Ο κήπος και το υπόλοιπο της διαμονής έμοιαζαν πολύ καλά συντηρημένα. Ήμασταν υποδεχτήκαμε και βοηθήσαμε με φιλικό και φιλικό προς τον πελάτη τρόπο. Σίγουρα ένα μέρος για να επιστρέψω."

"The most beautiful location on Lake Garda. Wonderful climate!! Spectacular view, unique on Lake Garda, incredible location. Numerous well-maintained tennis courts just 200 meters from the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff are particularly kind, friendly, and always available. The change in kitchen staff has significantly raised the standard of the food! Congratulations!!"

Village Hotel Lucia ★★★

"This is a fantastic family run hotel. The view from our hotel room balcony was superb. We had a superior room so also enjoyed a sun lounge. The staff were very attentive. As it's popular with German guests many staff spoke German, but a number also knew English. The breakfast buffet is very good with cereals, fruit, meat, cheese and pastries. You can order freshly cooked eggs. We chose the half board option and the evening meals were delicious. There's a salad bar, then primi and secondo dishes such as fish or meat. The pasta dishes were varied and very tasty. A choice of about 8 desserts. Drinks were very reasonably priced. This was our second visit and we hope it won't be our last."

"An enchanting location forms the backdrop to a splendid "inn," meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. (The room names, the fresh flowers, the soft music...) The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is very nice, equipped with every comfort, and the small spa is definitely an added bonus. The restaurant offers excellent dishes, quality ingredients, and a breathtaking view."

"Ξενοδοχείο με εστιατόριο και πάρκινγκ με υπέροχη θέα! Όμορφο μέρος που βυθίζεται σε μια περιοχή εκτός του τουριστικού χάους, κλειδωμένο με ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Πρόσεχε λεπτομέρειες: από δωμάτια μέχρι πρωινό, μέχρι διάλογο με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Ένα μικρό κοσμηματάκι για να προσπαθήσουμε για εκείνον που πραγματικά θέλει να αναπνεύσει, να χαιρετήσουμε την οικογενειακή φιλοξενία, να αισθανθούμε την ομορφιά ενός μικρού μπουρζουά που σε τυλίγει και σε παίρνει μαζί του μεταξύ του ουρανού και της λίμνης."

"Προσωπικά, μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία και η θέα. Είχα μια ωραία διαμονή, απολαμβάνω και τις δύο πισίνας και θα τις απολαμβάνω ακόμα περισσότερο αν ο καιρός ήταν δίπλα μου. Αν ταξιδεύετε μονόδρομος και δεν νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο, τα λεωφορεία αποδείχθηκαν εξαιρετικά απίστευτα. Το μέρος είναι γοητευτικό και διαφορετικό από μια αστεία μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο, όλα ήταν εντάξει. Το προσωπικό ήταν το καλύτερο μέρος της διαμονής στο Stella D'Oro! Ήταν τόσο ζεστές και χρήσιμες με όλα, που δεν υπάρχει κανένα λάθος να βρεθεί εκεί.
