"The hotel was very mediocre in every aspect. I went on a weekend, and the surrounding area was desolate. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel's WiFi was broken. I reported it to the front desk, but it was never fixed. The experience was terrible, and it was the worst hotel I stayed at during this trip."

"Tina is a very attentive host. Pricing is very affordable, and the cancellation policy is very generous. The breakfast was very big with many breakfast options. I stayed in the Urzan Room and found it to be very comfortable. Private bathroom assigned to the Urzan room is down the hall but it was a nice large bathroom and very clean. Off street parking with cameras is a nice add on. If I have business in Troy, I would definitely stay there again."
