"There are thermostats in the rooms, but don’t bother to use them. The room won’t get cooler than 23C (73.4F). They’ll send someone up when you complain, but it’s a waste of time and they know it. It was just too hot to sleep. The pool closes at 5:00, so if you want to swim between sightseeing and dinner, you’re out of luck. We are at the hotel two nights and ate at the hotel both nights. Seems to me the cooks never ate a gracious meal and probably never opened a cookbook. The first night vegetables and meat were drowned in bbq sauce. The second night, a slab of smelly duck along side mashed potatoes, probably the least appetizing dinner I’ve ever seen. I really wanted to like this hotel. I couldn’t."

"I had a pleasant stay at Malkiya TravelHotel in a family room. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had direct access to the garden, which made our stay relaxing. The space was cozy but a bit smaller than we expected for a family, yet it still worked well for us. The breakfast was simple and a bit limited in variety, but it was enough to start the day. The outdoor facilities, including the seasonal pool, spacious lawns, and garden areas, were very enjoyable. Overall, Malkiya TravelHotel is a great choice for a calm getaway in nature, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere."
