"The town Torre San Giovanni appeared like a construction site when we arrived by bike from the south. By and by we found the very small hotel Petra Bianca, sufficiently far from the ruckus of road work and new buildings. "Είμαστε σταθεροί πελάτες εδώ και χρόνια, αλλά κάθε χρόνο εκτιμούμε μια συνεχή βελτίωση που ανταμείβει τον επαγγελματισμό και την ευγένεια όλων των υπαλλήλων και των ιδιοκτητών. Τα δωμάτια είναι σχεδόν μικροκαμωμένα, με όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ καθαρά, και ένα εξαιρετικό πρωινό σερβίρεται σε ένα βεράντα, αλλά εξοπλισμένο με προσοχή, και η προσφορά των τυπικών προϊόντων είναι πάντα έκπληξη. "The farm is located in an easy to reach position and close to the bathing establishments or free beaches, about 5 minutes by car, in season they have a shuttle service but if you go out of season like us you have to go by car. Instead, for those who want to relax in the structure, it has a huge well-kept garden with gazebos, very comfortable deckchairs, tables, two swimming pools and a little bar where you will find two very nice people, the super Fabrizio and Manuela who are there to pamper you with aperitifs, snacks delicious such as rustic frize from Lecce, cutting boards, coffee etc. The room is a very comfortable double room with a double bed and a queen size bed, furniture with coat hangers, safe, mini bar, table and chair, the normal sized bathroom with shower and also has a phone, at the entrance to the room we had the plasterboard with table, two chairs and a drying rack for drying clothes. Every morning the very kind and very good cleaning ladies come by, the room was always very clean. As for the dining room and the kitchen, I could stay here talking for hours, the room is very well kept, very elegant, music in the background with well-coordinated staff to provide impeccable service. The chef, who we met at the end of our holiday, is a very easy-going, joking person but above all he cooks super and typical local dishes, in the menu to be filled out there was always a choice of meat and a choice of fish, both very good, for me the first courses are all worth trying because they are very good, the only thing is that they are abundant in fact I couldn't finish them, but if necessary you can ask for half portions, as I said before they are very helpful people. We had a great time and hope to return as soon as possible."

"Με φίλους μόλις επέστρεψαμε από μια υπέροχη διακοπή που πέρασε στο Resort Monteforte στο Salento και μπορούμε να πούμε ότι ήταν μια αξέχαστη διαμονή!!! Το θέρετρο διαχειρίζεται η Andrea, ένα πολύ φιλικό και προσεκτικό άτομο για όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με τους επισκέπτες. Το πρωί, το πρωινό είναι φανταστικό, με ζεστή πατάτα και κροστίτα, από γλυκό μέχρι αλάτι, όλα από το εστιατόριο πατάτα και τα υπηρετούν από τη Μαρτίνα και τον Πιέτρο. Το θέρετρο προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα να φάμε στο τραπέζι στο εστιατόριο Duca, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ μοναδική ατμόσφαιρα, με μια πολύ εξελιγμένη κουζίνα και ένα μέγιστο χαρτί κρασιού, που υπηρετεί η Sonia, ένα εξαιρετικό σόμεριερ. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα, με μεγάλη καθαριότητα, διαχειριζόμενο από τη γλυκιά Λόρα. Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι πολύ επαγγελματίες και αυτές τις μέρες η Αντρέα μας έκανε αυτή την υπέροχη διακοπές, μας συμβούλευε κάθε μέρα να βρούμε θαυμάσια μέρη. Στηρίζω σθεναρά το Resort Monteforte σε όποιον αναζητά χαλαρή και ποιοτική διαμονή στην καρδιά του Σαλέντο!"
