"At the arrival, unfortunately no reception, no mobile data( only possible if you get a telephone map on site) 4 closed doors with a code you have not previously, a foreign country, was a horror scenario. Thank God, in one of the rooms, a guest who could contact the hotel owner was also able to contact and helped continue. The room was booked over Trip.com I also booked my flight over this page, which was very nice and complicated and paid over PayPal. A young lady then came to pay. It was alleged that no money had arrived and is always paid in bar only in this hotel. I had to pay in bar again on site and change the money before. I think that was a shit. That's why I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, hotel rooms were new/modernly furnished."

"Το δωμάτιο μυρίζει άσχημα, καπνίζει ή δεν μυρίζει από την κουζίνα, κουρτίνες σκόνης, μαύρα μαλλιά στο μπάνιο, σίγουρα δεν είναι δικά μου, ανοίγεις θόρυβο από το δρόμο, οι διοικητές και οι σερβιτόροι είναι νέοι και προσεκτικοί, ίσως να μην ήμουν τυχερός με το δωμάτιο."

"Το εστιατόριο ήταν αργά στο 20-45. Το εστιατόριο ανοίχτηκε μέχρι 21-00. Πήγαιναν από τη Ρωσία, κουράστηκαν στο δρόμο με το αυτοκίνητο και πεινούσαν. Ένα υπέροχο κορίτσι στο Resepshn-Diana έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για μας. Ευχαριστούμε για την φροντίδα της 🙏 Είμαστε τοπικά εγκατεστημένοι χωρίς πληρωμή (η ανταλλαγή κλείνει). Έχουμε τροφοδοτηθεί από το εστιατόριο, παρόλο που έχουμε 10 λεπτά μέχρι το κλείσιμο 🙏. Borsh-Wonder 🙌. Θέλουμε επίσης να εκφράσουμε την ευγνωμοσύνη μας στην όμορφη κοπέλα από το εστιατόριο 🌸. Και την επόμενη μέρα, μας επέκτεινε ο αριθμός 😉🙏... Πήραμε πολυτελή, όλα πολύ καθαρά, άνετα, ευρύχωρα και εξυπνά. Υπηρεσιακό προσωπικό χαμογελαστή, χαρούμενη και προσεκτική! "Καλό 4-star ξενοδοχείο. Έχει παρκέτ στο δωμάτιο!!! Όλα τα διαθέσιμα θέρετρα. Επίσης, το αυστηρά ιταλικό εστιατόριο είναι εξαιρετικό. Οι πιο ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι. Καπνίζω τσιγάρα και, δυστυχώς, δεν υπάρχει χώρος εξωτερικής οδού όπου μπορείτε να καθίσετε με ένα ποτό, ακριβώς έξω από την είσοδο ή πίσω από το σταθμό στάθμευσης."

"The hotel was a dirty minted lingerie, it was not changed after another guest, not dirty floors in the room. 40 minutes after the comment I was moved to another room, but didn't even apologize. In the toilet smells of sewerage, hearing is terrible, hear everything happening in the next room."

"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The bed was extremely uncomfortable because the springs dug into my back, making it difficult to sleep. The rug in the room was very dirty, and the shower had orange stains in the corner that looked like mold or rust. The metal shower shelves were heavily rusted and didn't look safe to use. On my second day, the water was completely out for the entire day. When I asked the receptionist, I was told it could come back in a few hours, or even the next day. Having no running water for that long is unacceptable for a hotel. You can imagine the toilet, they simply had no other restrooms that had working water To make matters worse, when I checked out, they tried to charge me 2,000 tenge for a small crack in the plastic key holder. It already had that crack when they gave it to me, so I refused to pay for damage I did not cause. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses these issues because future guests deserve better."
