The spa facilities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, were the perfect way to relax after a day of activities. Whether you’re planning a ski trip or a summer hiking adventure, this hotel has everything you need, from top-notch equipment to a cozy, luxurious atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back. "Let's start by saying that the B&B is very beautiful and our room (Joseph Louis) was very nice, well-furnished, welcoming, and clean, although it was really poorly soundproofed (we could hear everything going on in the adjacent or above room). The location is strategic for watching the "dezarpa," and the nearby highway, on the other hand, doesn't disturb the peace at all. The breakfast, which we had read was gargantuan, we found good, with genuine, homemade products (we asked for soy or oat milk, but they didn't have any). What really ruined our stay was the intense cold we suffered in the room. Since it was a rainy weekend with outside temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius, we asked several times if the heating could be turned on; we were told that the central heating would come on at 7:00 PM. In reality, it was turned on around 8:00 PM and turned off around 10:00 PM, while the next morning it never came on. It's a shame, because Mrs. Mara's kindness was truly exceptional, and she was very helpful and thoughtful (we even had the room available until the afternoon). Definitely worth considering in the height of summer, but avoid at the end of the season."

"Talking about this hotel is both very easy and very difficult. The first undertaking makes me be concise: it borders on perfection! The second raises the need to explain why! Luca at the reception is a courteous young man, discreet and prompt in fulfilling any request. the Metre, Gianfranco, assisted by the excellent Cristian and Valentina, exhibits a liveliness of spirit and wit that overshadow the very high competence and professionalism. The ski service made me appreciate Vlad's concern and friendliness. The wellness center is managed by two "fairies", Michela and Chiara, who accompanied me every day along the entire regenerating and complete path. At the bar I met the very sweet Giorgia, a sensitive and intelligent girl! What I personally appreciated most was the skill of the ski instructor Maurizio Sertorelli, a loving host, also in relation to the rare ability demonstrated by the owner, to select a harmonious and first-rate staff! The SERTORELLI slogan is a promise kept over the years!"

"We had an appartment which contained a nest of bedbugs. The first morning we didn't notice, but the second i had over 20 bites, and searching throuh the bed we found some. When we alarmend the staff, they started decontaminating the room, and later told us they found a nest. The staff was helpfull and sorry for us, however it runied our holiday completely. Found 28th Februrary"

"Τι μέρος! Υπέροχο! - απίστευτη προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες από όλα τα μέλη του προσωπικού. Όμορφη μπουτίκ αισθάνεται - ζεστή και άνετη και εντελώς πρωτότυπη. Επίπεδα πατινάζ με πατινάζ από το τεράστιο τζάκι. Πολύ άνετα και καλά εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια. Υπέροχο εστιατόριο και λίστα με κρασί. Όμορφο, ευρύχωρο και καλά στρωμένο σπα με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και με τεράστια παράθυρα για να βλέπουν έξω από το χιόνι ενώ ανακτώνουν τα κουρασμένα άκρα στην πισίνα. Ο φωναχτός προς τον Εντμοντο - απίστευτος οδηγός που ήταν πάντα εκεί μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά και έκανε τα πάντα για να μας πάει στα σκαλιά και πίσω, η Μπιάνκα στο ρεσεψιόν - οργανώνοντας τα πάντα σε λίγα λεπτά και ο Ντέιβιντ και ο Ιωσήφ στο μπαρ - τέλειες κοκτέιλ! Θα γυρίσουμε!"

"Αυτή είναι η τρίτη μας επίσκεψη κατά τη διάρκεια της εποχής του σκι και ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε. Ποικιλία μεγέθους διαμερίσματος διαθέσιμων σε ένα πολύ καλά λειτουργικό ξενοδοχείο "σαλέτας". Καλές εγκαταστάσεις - μπουτ-κατοικία, πισίνα, γυμναστήριο, σούπα, εστιατόριο. Υψηλής ποιότητας δωμάτια, καλά εξοπλισμένα, καλά υλικά. Λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά περπάτημα για ανελκυστήρες με συνεχή πρόσβαση σε όλο το θέρετρο. Το πιο εξαιρετικό μέρος είναι η πραγματική φροντίδα και προσοχή που παρέχουν οι οικοδεσπότες/κάτοχοι, η Barbara και ο Lorenzo. Κάνουν ό,τι μπορούν για να βοηθήσουν - π.χ. - συστάσεις για το δείπνο και τα κράτηση, τα πατώματα σκι, τα εγκαταστάματά τους για πρόωρες και καθυστερήσεις κλπ. Συστήνεται ιδιαίτερα για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες."
