The staff is exceptional: always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail. We felt pampered from start to finish, with impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food? Simply fabulous! Every meal was a true culinary journey, with delicious dishes prepared with quality ingredients. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday full of relaxation, comfort, and excellent cuisine. We can't wait to return!"

"First time in Valtournenche, found this B&B on Tripadvisor and it was a great choice. Large and well-equipped room, like the bathroom and the balcony, beautiful view of the mountain overlooking the town, relaxing. Kind and knowledgeable receptionist, good cleaning and breakfast. There are however some small negatives: the bed is remade in a simple way by pulling up sheets and bedspread, it does not give the sense of perfection. Fruit is completely missing from breakfast. The reception opens during office hours, in case of need you have to call, it is not the best. Parking problem, but this is common to almost all the structures in the place, there are only two free spaces, paid garage, there is however a free parking a few dozen meters away, quite large but in August it is a race to see who arrives first. These flaws do not compromise the good judgment considering the good quality-price ratio."

"Let's start by saying that the B&B is very beautiful and our room (Joseph Louis) was very nice, well-furnished, welcoming, and clean, although it was really poorly soundproofed (we could hear everything going on in the adjacent or above room). The location is strategic for watching the "dezarpa," and the nearby highway, on the other hand, doesn't disturb the peace at all. The breakfast, which we had read was gargantuan, we found good, with genuine, homemade products (we asked for soy or oat milk, but they didn't have any). What really ruined our stay was the intense cold we suffered in the room. Since it was a rainy weekend with outside temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius, we asked several times if the heating could be turned on; we were told that the central heating would come on at 7:00 PM. In reality, it was turned on around 8:00 PM and turned off around 10:00 PM, while the next morning it never came on. It's a shame, because Mrs. Mara's kindness was truly exceptional, and she was very helpful and thoughtful (we even had the room available until the afternoon). Definitely worth considering in the height of summer, but avoid at the end of the season."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Recently renovated I believe . V smart and elegant. Fantastic spa with lovely pool with massage jets, whirlpool area. Large sauna, steam room and hamman and massage Excellent contemporary food both breakfast and dinner . Super friendly fly and helpful staff. Minibus into town / ski lift. whenever you want ! Lovely quiet location ."

"Where to start with this amazing hotel. The food was fantastic, loads of it and lots of variety. All cooked to order with a massive buffet to choose from as well. Couldn’t have asked for more. The local of the hotel was perfect. Ski in ski out was literally out the front door and with perfect locker room to leave your skies. (Also the skiing is amazing ) And lastly the incredible staff at this hotel I can’t speak highly enough of. Nothing was to much trouble. Super super helpful in every way. All the facilities were spot on. The kids loving the games room. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re reading this please ignore all the bad reviews. Me and my wife can’t understand any of them. They are so wrong. We will certainly be going back."
