"Ένα από τα καλύτερα οικογενειακά μας διακοπές. Κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, κοντά στο λεωφορείο για το κέντρο της Βάρνας και επίσης στο Zlate pisky. Ωστόσο, η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ πιο ήρεμη και με χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς στην παραλία με αρκετούς ηλιόλουστες κλινές για όλους. Η πισίνα με δύο σλάιντς νερού είναι αρκετά μεγάλη και ακριβώς δίπλα στο μπαρ με τα καθημερινά ποτά και τα σνακ. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον 2ο όροφο, οπότε δεν υπάρχουν προβλήματα με το ασανσέρ. Για μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων, το μέγεθος του δωματίου είναι επαρκές. Μου άρεσαν τα άνετα κρεβάτια και η θαλάσσια θέα με φρέσκο αέρα και, ως εκ τούτου, δεν υπάρχει ανάγκη για ένα/c (BTW κάθε δωμάτιο έχει θέα στη θάλασσα). Το καλύτερο μέρος είναι η κουζίνα. Πολύ καλή επιλογή των γευμάτων, των σαλάτων, των φρούτων και των επιδόρπων. Όχι κάθε μέρα όπως αναφέρθηκε εδώ."

Μπορείτε επίσης να έχετε κρασί είτε λευκό κόκκινο είτε ροζέ ή δύο διαφορετικά είδη μπύρας που ήταν μέρος του ολοκληρωμένου ολοκληρωτικού. Όλη η ομάδα είναι πολύ χαρούμενη χαμογελώντας και βοηθώντας . "Our experience was far below the level we expected from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, the problems were not isolated, but affected almost all important areas of the hotel: reception, rooms, restaurant, pools and facilities. Reception and services: The reception is frequently served by a single person, even when a queue of 3–4 customers forms. In these conditions, the waiting time can easily reach 10–15 minutes. Cleanliness: The general cleanliness is superficial, both in the rooms and in the common areas. We even found dead insects in the bathroom of the room. The carpet is stained, and the furniture in the rooms shows an advanced degree of wear. Restaurant and food: The culinary offer is very limited and repetitive, practically the same food being served throughout the stay. Some dishes are excessively salty or spiced in an unusual way. Even the usual hotel products, such as honey or mustard, are missing. The coffee machines are also far below expectations: instead of decent coffee, they mainly offer powdered drinks, often overly sweet. During meals, there is often a lack of cutlery. Worse, we encountered insufficiently washed cutlery and crockery, with stains and even food scraps. The tables in the restaurant are often stained and not properly cleaned before being occupied by the next customers. The clearing of dishes is very slow, so the tables remain laden with used plates and glasses for a long time. The atmosphere created effectively discourages you from staying after the meal to enjoy a drink in peace. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection is practically non-functional. It does not work properly even in the lobby and even less so in the rooms, regardless of the time we tried to use it. Rooms: We booked two accommodations – an apartment and a double room – and in both cases the safes were faulty and could not be fixed. There was also an issue with water dripping from the ceiling in one of the rooms, apparently from the indoor air conditioning system. This issue was later fixed by the staff. Outdoor pool: The water in the outdoor pool appears clean, but the area around it leaves a lot to be desired. The paving is not washed and cleaned sufficiently throughout the day, despite the high customer traffic. Some sun loungers are damaged or broken and inexplicably continue to be left for guests to use instead of being repaired or replaced. Children's pool – safety issue: This is one of the issues we consider to be the most serious. In the children's pool area, some steps and tiles are broken, chipped or chipped. The areas in question were not properly signposted, with a real risk that a child or even an adult could get hurt or cut their leg. The area near the playground also has obvious cleanliness problems. Indoor pool: Although at first glance the water appears clean, the overall impression of the area is exactly the opposite. "Dissapointing. At first you see the potential. Then you see the grass grown between the tiles. Then you see the lack of care for the space(pool, terrace, bathrooms). And the potential is fading away. And then you meet the staff and you say" ooooo, thats why it looks so careless". And im not even talking about 5 star experience, i expect the 5 minutes and 10 euros of solution it takes to get rid of that grass even on cheap hostels. I dont know what else you are paying for: the place is poorly maintained, staffed and still demands a high price? Potential alone cant do wonders. Hard pass"

"We stayed here at the end of September for 5 nights. The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024). The food and spa were the highlights of our holiday. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful and we made sure to make use of the facilities and treatments on offer. Would recommend the Turkish bath, it was incredible! The price of the treatments were so cheap compared to the U.K. you can pay cash or card which is handy too. The food was so flavoursome and we had something different each night. If you’re a fussy eater or expecting 20+ difference choices this isn’t the place for you. There was enough choices but each dish was delicious and the cakes were little mouthfuls of heaven. Overall the hotel was very modern and clean and is in a great location to walk to the beach. Even with it being quiet we felt extremely safe strolling around. Down by the beachfront there are some lovely shops and bars, it’s a lovely easy stroll. We took the 409 bus into Varna (approx 45 mins journey) and hired electric scooters to explore. We’d recommend wandering the garden, it’s beautiful and lots for kids to do. The staff were generally very helpful, a big shout out to Vanka (I hope that’s how you spell it) on reception who was extremely helpful in trying to sort an issue with our transfer back to the airport. Only negative experienced were the cleaners were slightly rude and staff weren’t always at the bar around the pool, we imagine this was down to it being out of season. We would definitely return to the hotel and make the most of the spa and facilities again next year. "

"Horrible experience! Been there for 5 days, in room 805. None did clean the room for ourselves, they only changed the towels and the bin from the bathroom. Bad parking management, if you park behind the or in the front, there is the chance that your car can be blocked. The parking it's 15 euros per day. The food it's not variable, the deserts are very bad and they have a very bad taste. None it's smiling to you or they speak nicely to you. It's seems that the staff have issues as well. As per total experience, I don't recomand to anyone, it's shouldn't have 4 stars... In the fridge you have only a bottle of water, no more, no less. Regarding noise, be prepared to not sleep that well, are some bars opened till morning (like 3,4 in the morning), so better get some earpods. Atmosphere it's kinda so and so, you don't animations for kids or something. The exterior pool doesn't have heated water. As value, as I said, doesn't have to have 4 stars... They have to improve many things there, but I don't really know if they care about people.."
