"Επιλέξαμε το ξενοδοχείο λόγω της εξαιρετικής του θέσης, πάνω στην παραλία, και φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 1 μ.μ. Το check-in γινόταν μετά τις 3 μ.μ., οπότε έπρεπε να περιμένουμε στο λόμπι μέχρι τις 14:30, όταν μας έδωσαν τα βραχιόλια και την κάρτα δωματίου. Παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητο δωρεάν περίπου 500 μέτρα από το ξενοδοχείο, στο υπόγειο πάρκινγκ ενός άλλου ξενοδοχείου, πηγαίνετε με έναν φύλακα που σας καθοδηγεί και επιστρέφετε με το αυτοκίνητό του. Αν θέλετε να βγείτε από το πάρκινγκ, πρέπει να πηγαίνετε κάθε φορά με έναν φύλακα από το ξενοδοχείο. Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα, αλλά είναι καθαρά, είχαμε 2 μονά κρεβάτια και 2 κουκέτες. Τα σκουπίδια μαζεύονταν καθημερινά, τα σεντόνια άλλαζαν ανά 2-3 ημέρες. Μείναμε στο ισόγειο (όπου ήταν η ρεσεψιόν) με πλευρική θέα στη θάλασσα, οπότε δεν ξέρω πόσο γεμάτοι ήταν οι ανελκυστήρες. Στα χαμηλότερα επίπεδα βρίσκεται το εστιατόριο και ο χώρος σπα, η εσωτερική πισίνα, η παραλία. Η εσωτερική πισίνα διαθέτει θερμαινόμενο νερό, υπάρχει επίσης χώρος σπα, μασάζ, λάσπη, κ.λπ. Η εξωτερική πισίνα διαθέτει χώρο για ενήλικες και παιδιά, αλλά το νερό είναι κρύο όλη την ώρα. Το φαγητό ήταν αξιοπρεπές και όχι πολύ ποικίλο, δεν πέθαινες από την πείνα, αλλά δεν σηκωνόσουν και ευχαριστημένος από το τραπέζι. Πρωινό με μερικές ποικιλίες λουκάνικων και τυριών, ελιές, λαχανικά, αυγά, γιαούρτι, δημητριακά, αρτοσκευάσματα, όχι και τόσο καλό καφέ. Το μεσημεριανό και το βραδινό είχαν 1-2 είδη κρέατος (συνήθως κοτόπουλο, χοιρινό, σπάνια ψάρι), μερικά είδη σαλάτας, ζυμαρικά (πάντα) με 2 είδη σάλτσας, 2 είδη σούπας, φρούτα, παγωτό και μερικά είδη κέικ κακής ποιότητας. Το φαγητό ήταν φτωχό, άγευστο, ίσως επειδή ήταν τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου δεν τους ένοιαζε πολύ το φαγητό. Τα μπαρ ήταν περίπου 3: ένα δίπλα στην εσωτερική πισίνα, ένα δίπλα στην εξωτερική πισίνα και ένα στο λόμπι που σέρβιρε μπύρα, κρασί, σαμπάνια, κοκτέιλ κ.λπ. Κοντά στο μπαρ της πισίνας υπάρχει μια γωνιά φαγητού όπου σερβίρονταν όλη την ημέρα: τηγανητές πατάτες, γαύρος, πίτσα, φρούτα κ.λπ. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην παραλία, μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες για όσους διαμένουν στο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά βρίσκονται κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο, ανάμεσα στο ξενοδοχείο και το νερό υπάρχει μια αμμώδης περιοχή 100 μέτρων. Η παραλία είναι καθαρή με ψιλή άμμο, νερό χωρίς πέτρες. Σε όλη την παραλία, μπροστά από άλλα ξενοδοχεία, υπήρχαν σωλήνες με ιαματικό νερό που έρεαν στη θάλασσα. Όσον αφορά τη διασκέδαση, το ξενοδοχείο δεν προσφέρει τίποτα, δεν υπάρχει ψυχαγωγία."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μια καλή επιλογή, για 4 χρόνια στη σειρά έρχονται σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, το animation î είναι το καλύτερο μέρος του ξενοδοχείου, διασκεδάζοντας îs σε πολύ καλό σημείο, έβαλαν ένα χαμόγελο στο πρόσωπό μας και ήταν φιλικοί και ζεστά."

"Η διαμονή μας στο Μελία Γκραν Ερμιτάζ ήταν απολύτως καταπληκτική, αλλά η πραγματική εστίαση της γιορτής ήταν η απίστευτη ομάδα κινουμένων σχεδίων. Κάθε μέρα φέρνουν τόσο θετική ενέργεια, δημιουργώντας μια άνετη και καλοδεχούμενη ατμόσφαιρα για όλους γύρω από το θέρετρο. Ειδικά ευχαριστώ τη Βίκυ και τον Ντέιβιντ, που ήταν και οι δύο εξαιρετικοί καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ήταν φιλικοί, διασκεδαστικοί και πραγματικά έκαναν την εμπειρία αμελητέα. Είτε ήταν δραστηριότητες κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας, της βραδιάς ψυχαγωγίας, ή απλώς άρπαξαν το χρόνο να μιλήσουν και να κάνουν τους επισκέπτες να αισθάνονται ότι συμπεριλαμβάνονταν, περνούσαν πάνω από κάθε φορά. Το πάθος και η προσπάθεια της ομάδας κινουμένων σχεδίων πραγματικά καθορίζουν αυτό το ξενοδοχείο από τους άλλους. Έκαναν κάθε μέρα συναρπαστικό και έδωσαν στο θέρετρο τόσο ζωντανή και ευτυχισμένη ατμόσφαιρα. Είχαμε απίστευτες αναμνήσεις και θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα στο μέλλον. Σας συνιστώ ιδιαίτερα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σε όποιον ψάχνει για διασκέδαση, χαλάρωση και μνημειώδεις διακοπές!"

"We booked this hotel because it was one of the top-rated in Golden Sands, and we read that the food here was supposed to be really good. We just arrived 60 minutes ago, or rather, we were allowed to check in and use the facilities an hour ago. We arrived at 12:00, with five excited children. One of them was a bit sick. We expected that we could simply store our luggage and use the facilities (pool, snack bar, etc.). That was absolutely not an option. We had to wait in the lobby, and if we were hungry or thirsty, we could buy lunch in the restaurant or drinks at the bar… We were NOT allowed to go down to the pool and wait for our room to be ready. In general, the tone is quite unpleasant and inhospitable. No service. No smiles. Just a feeling of being a burden. Too bad—especially for our kids who could hardly wait to swim. We took a walk around the area and got something to eat. When we returned, our child's condition had worsened, and we were seriously considering seeking medical attention—but fortunately, he got better. Even then, it was not possible to get our room or something to drink for him. We finally got to our rooms, which are very nice. No complaints there. But the overall impression of the hotel is VERY worn and very old. At most, 2 stars. We went to get pool towels, only to find out that they were closed and wouldn’t open for another 45 minutes. So we went to the snack bar. The pizzas were fine, but the fries tasted like they were from the day before. There was a small room with cakes, which I do not recommend entering. The cakes were INEDIBLE and extremely salty. When we went to order drinks, perhaps the biggest “game changer” of all came. It is NOT possible to order light/diet drinks with our All-Inclusive package. We were told we could pay for them at the main bar… We did NOT see that coming. We have traveled A LOT and stayed at many All-Inclusive hotels in many countries—this we have never experienced. Are we not in 2024? And what about people with diabetes? We got some water and a drink. The drink was undrinkable, and the water tasted like chlorine and salt… When we finally got to the pool, the kids were happy. However, the lifeguard was sitting quite unmotivated, blowing his whistle, and looking at his phone… All in all, a very disappointing start. We have never complained before or written a bad review, even when we have been dissatisfied. But unfortunately, this just surpasses everything we have experienced—and all in just a few hours… What a disappointment!"

"We spent 10 days in Parkhotel Golden Beach in Golden Sands July 2023. We are family of five. We had very nice rooms with beautiful view. Both rooms were large with nice and clean bathroom. We really enjoyed the food and also pool area. We will definitely come back here next summer. "

"Nice hotel on a charming little beach, mostly frequented by Bulgarians. Large room with sea view. A few beach restaurants nearby, including a very nice one right in front of the hotel (the one with a name written only in Bulgarian and a beautiful terrace). Be careful: the hotel is very far from the center of Varna. 30 minutes easy."

"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience we encountered at your hotel, Royal Hotel, on 26th August 2024. Our troubles began as soon as we arrived. We had anticipated that parking would be available as part of our stay at a four-star hotel, but instead, we were surprised to find that we had to pay an additional 20 BGN for parking. Although we were unhappy with this unexpected charge, we eventually paid it and hoped to move on and enjoy our holiday. Unfortunately, the problems only escalated from there. When we arrived at the canteen for our scheduled check-in at 2:00 PM, we were met with a long, chaotic queue. We were forced to wait nearly an hour to check in, which is completely unacceptable. When I questioned the staff about the delay, they cited being short-staffed and claimed this situation was unprecedented, despite knowing the exact number of guests expected that day. Such poor planning and lack of organization are inexcusable for a hotel that advertises itself as four stars. After enduring the frustrating check-in process, we encountered yet another inconvenience: the elevator. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get into an elevator. This delay, coupled with our already frayed patience, made for a terrible start to our stay. Upon finally entering our room, we were horrified to find the beds in a dreadful condition, ripped apart and looking like they had been through a disaster. This level of neglect is shocking and completely unacceptable. We decided to have lunch by the beach, which was decent but unremarkable. However, dinner at your hotel was the worst decision we could have made. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, the food quality was abysmal. The food was unlabeled, looked unappetizing, and appeared as though it had been carelessly thrown together. To make matters worse, both of us experienced stomach issues after eating, leading us to question the hygiene standards of your kitchen. It is absolutely appalling that a hotel of your supposed standard could provide such poor service and amenities. The state of the food alone is enough to warrant serious concern. It is shocking that this establishment is allowed to operate and even more so that it has been given a four-star rating. I am requesting an immediate investigation into these issues and a full refund for the distress and inconvenience we have endured."

"Great hotel in just 8 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a back door on the garden which makes it even faster. The food is also very good for a all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the terrace in the room is great. Will be back next year."

BSA Holiday Park Hotel - All Inclusive

"We stayed here for 1 week in September 2025 and overall the experience was good. Facilities: Excellent. The rooms have a/c at no extra cost and rooms are large with the usual TV that we never turned on. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. There's also a small fridge in the rooms. There are 2 bars; one by the pool and another in the lobby, both serving good quality local drinks as well as premium brands. The prices for premium drinks are significantly lower than the strip. The pool area is an absolute sun trap. Even when windy there's barely a breeze and most of the many sunbeds are in the sun all day. There's also a shaded seating area. Food and drink: Good I can't fault the all inclusive drinks selection. Cocktails, beer and spirits are better than many places we've stayed and spirits are served in generous measures. What let's the hotel down slightly is the food. It's not that there's a lack of choice or that it's local cuisine, the issue is that the hot food simply isn't hot. However, this seems to be a cultural thing. Most of the guests were Bulgarian and Romanian and whilst we made use of the microwave to get our food piping hot, we didn't see a single other guest do the same. Overall: Good The hotel is very clean and most of the staff seem happy enough, especially the guy behind the pool bar. Overall a good holiday and excellent value for money."
