"Ένα από τα καλύτερα οικογενειακά μας διακοπές. Κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, κοντά στο λεωφορείο για το κέντρο της Βάρνας και επίσης στο Zlate pisky. Ωστόσο, η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ πιο ήρεμη και με χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς στην παραλία με αρκετούς ηλιόλουστες κλινές για όλους. Η πισίνα με δύο σλάιντς νερού είναι αρκετά μεγάλη και ακριβώς δίπλα στο μπαρ με τα καθημερινά ποτά και τα σνακ. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον 2ο όροφο, οπότε δεν υπάρχουν προβλήματα με το ασανσέρ. Για μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων, το μέγεθος του δωματίου είναι επαρκές. Μου άρεσαν τα άνετα κρεβάτια και η θαλάσσια θέα με φρέσκο αέρα και, ως εκ τούτου, δεν υπάρχει ανάγκη για ένα/c (BTW κάθε δωμάτιο έχει θέα στη θάλασσα). Το καλύτερο μέρος είναι η κουζίνα. Πολύ καλή επιλογή των γευμάτων, των σαλάτων, των φρούτων και των επιδόρπων. Όχι κάθε μέρα όπως αναφέρθηκε εδώ."

Apart Hotel Golden Line

"Γενικά, το ξενοδοχείο έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε. Για την τιμή αυτή, η αύξηση της τιμής είναι ακραία κατά τους θερινούς μήνες, όπου είναι πέντε φορές. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι πληρώνω 240 ευρώ για πέντε νύχτες σε ένα μεγάλο διαμέρισμα. Το Ιούλιο, το ίδιο κόστος είναι 1200 ευρώ. Υποθέτω ότι πρόκειται για προσφορά και ζήτηση, και έχει ήδη ολοκληρωθεί στο τέλος Μαΐου."

"This hotel is overcrowded, which in itself isn't a problem, but as a result, the service is inadequate. The cleanliness of the rooms and especially the bedding is downright substandard. We had sheets with stains. The breakfast was very basic, and the coffee was undrinkable. Fortunately, there was an option for us to spend the time elsewhere."

"We had our international wedding organised in a hotel close by but all our guests stayed in Umani. We also organised our Welcome dinner at Umani. I couldn't praise the manager Rositsa more- from start to finish, she made our whole experience easy. The dinner that the staff at Umani organised for our guests was exactly what we wanted- Authentic bulgarian dishes, that even our bulgarian guests said it felt like home. The staff made sure all our guests had pleasant experience and they were very well attended to. What sets Umani apart from other hotels is their staff and how they treat the guests. Even our housekeeper was the loveliest lady, who would tidy up our toddler's toys every day! 10/10 and would strongly recommend staying at Umani if you are looking for outstanding and personable service."

"The staff were horrible, they had a sign in the restaurant saying it closed at 22:00, but one night while we where there, we arrived at the restaurant at 21:45 expecting it to be open but turns out they were packing up all the food, we didn't like the food but only wanted a snack (pancakes and bread). Another restaurant staff was texting his mate and eating all the sausages and eggs, helping himself Infront of customers It's supposed to have free Wi-Fi but there's actually little blind spots around the room, like the toilet, and the living room. The restaurant manager followed me around the restaurant because I had some orange juice in my hand (it was supposed to be 3 lev.) So when I got back to my table my mum gave it back (like she can even pour it back into the machine). Who even pays for juice, that's crazy. The pool next to the hotel was cool I liked it. Do NOT go here. -Olly"

"We had an amazing stay at Palm Beach Hotel in Golden Sands. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, and having complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas on the hotel’s private beach was a huge advantage that made our vacation even more relaxing. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety every day. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. We highly recommend Palm Beach Hotel to couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!"

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel. We're both over 55 and wanted a relaxing holiday with good food and service. We basically got what we expected. We stayed on the 10th floor with a sea view. The room was cozy, spacious, and conducive to relaxation. The room had standard amenities, and everything worked. The elevators (there are two) sometimes break down, but they always try to fix them quickly. During our stay, one elevator broke down twice in one day. This was mainly due to children riding them without parental supervision and simply playing around for fun. The junior staff consists mainly of Filipinos who speak English but don't understand Russian at all. This isn't their problem; if you want communication skills, learn languages. They are managed by Bulgarian staff (Russian is generally understood well here), and I must say they've done a good job. The staff is polite, friendly, and does their job well. I'd like to give a special thank you to Emily, the maid; the room was cleaned every day. Jane, the bartender, was also responsive and could lift your spirits, which can't be said for Tony. I've seen glowing reviews about him, but apparently that wasn't the case here. He used to work at the Elpida Hotel, and I never noticed any negative behavior from him there. Here, however, he was downright rude. A little about the food. The dishes are basically the same as in other Golden Sands hotels of the same standard. You definitely won't go hungry; there's plenty of variety, but often the flavor is lacking. It's a pure assembly line of food preparation. The same goes for the alcohol. The hotel generally didn't disappoint. For those looking for a relaxing holiday, the all-inclusive option is perfect."
