"Έκανα κράτηση στο ξενοδοχείο μέσω Διαδικτύου με βάση τις κριτικές που είδα στο ***********, τον ταξιδιωτικό σύμβουλο και τον ιστότοπο του ξενοδοχείου. Ο ιστότοπος και η κράτηση του ξενοδοχείου προώθησαν το καλύτερο δωμάτιό τους να είναι 23μ2, κανένα άλλο δωμάτιο, και το ίδιο επιβεβαιώθηκε τηλεφωνικά ότι όλα τα δωμάτια είναι σύμφωνα με τον ιστότοπο. Μόλις φτάσαμε, χαϊδευόμασταν για να δούμε το άβολο δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου. Δωμάτιο - μικρό περίπου 13-14 m2. Φαγητό - πολύ μικρή ποικιλία. Τα λαχανικά ήταν τα πιο άγνωστα λαχανικά που είχα δοκιμάσει ποτέ, τα οποία υποστήριζαν ότι ήταν από το αγρόκτημα. Το SPA απέχει πολύ από τις σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις, βρίσκεται στο υπόγειο, σε μικρά πολλαπλά δωμάτια. Όλα είναι πολύ χρονολογημένα. Δεν υπάρχει λόμπι όπου μπορείτε να πιείτε έναν καφέ. Το μόνο αξιοπρεπές πράγμα που θα μπορούσα να αναφέρω είναι η πισίνα. Ανεξάρτητα, δεν ήταν τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο να ανυψώσετε την αξία του ξενοδοχείου στα επίπεδα τιμών ενός πολύ καλού ξενοδοχείου 4 αστέρων στο Velingrad. Τα ακόλουθα προστέθηκαν στο Διαδίκτυο ως διαθέσιμο στα δωμάτια, δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο ή σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση: - Τηλεόραση- πολύ κακό σήμα, ήταν παγωμένο, πολύ ενοχλητικό, - Διαδίκτυο- πολύ κακή, μεταφόρτωση/λήψη 4,46/0,84mbps, μετρημένο με το όουκλαντ. - χρηματοκιβώτιο- χωρίς χρηματοκιβώτιο - μίνι μπαρ- μηδέν, χαλασμένο ψυγείο, αποσυνδεδεμένο, όταν το έβαλα στην πρίζα, μύριζε από καμένη μόνωση. - Το στρώμα ήταν μικρότερο (1,4 m) στη μεγάλη βάση του κρεβατιού. - laminated δάπεδο - σε εξαιρετικά κακή κατάσταση. - το δωμάτιο είχε 2 μαξιλάρια και θα λάβετε το 2ο μαξιλάρι αν το ζητήσετε και θα λάβετε μια μαξιλαροθήκη αν ζητήσετε επιπλέον. Το ξενοδοχείο γενικά φαίνεται πολύ-πολύ παλιό. Υψηλή τιμή για φθηνή αξία."

"Η κυρία που με μασούσε ήταν πολύ καλή... η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου ήταν καλή... η κυρία ήταν από το Μπαλί και μιλούσε καλύτερα αγγλικά από την τουρκική... είχε ένα κλασικό μασάζ για 45 λεπτά και ήταν αρκετό... Ειδικά μετά από τόσο δρόμο με έκανε να χαλαρώσω... το συστήνω πολύ."

"Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά αγενές και ανεπαγγελματικό από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας έκανε να αισθανόμαστε δυσάρεστα και δυσάρεστα. Πάνω από αυτό, το φαγητό ήταν πολύ κακή ποιότητα bland, κακή προετοιμασία και δεν ήταν κοντά σε αυτό που θα περίμενες από ένα ξενοδοχείο. Γενικά, η εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική και δυσάρεστη, και δεν θα ήθελα να συστήσω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σε κανέναν. Σίγουρα δεν θα γυρίσω."

"Old and dirty - this hotel has nothing to do with 5 Stars. The whole furniture and carpets are old and very dirty. The indoor pools are peeling off. The fitness center is basically not functionining (treadmill and cross trainer) and water is dripping from the ceiling. We had booked the highest category room in the hotel and had to change 3 rooms due to poor quality. In the first one the bath tub was peeling off and black and moldy; in the second one the air conditioning was as loud as a helicopter and not working and in the 3rd one there were blood stains on the bedding. This is when we gave up and cancelled the booking. While helping us move in between rooms the bellboy was moaning and complaining that we shall decide on a room and not make him work more while the cleaning lady was pissed when I asked her to change the missing light bulbs in the second room and slapped the door at us. Only the receptionist was nice but helpless, the customer relationship manager not managing cusotmer relationships and the hotel manager not existent which is probably why this place is falling apart. Stay away!"

"We have come back for a second year and unfortunately there’s been an overwhelming deterioration in the service this hotel offers. It boasts 5 stars but actually corresponds more to 3. Below is just a short explanation of the significant issues, which a 5 star hotel should not have. Before I start, I’m just going to mention how wonderful their spa service and facilities are - they made our stay worth it despite all the below issues. - [ ] Staff members at reception are just not present at their desk - they all sit in a room just behind reception and peek through if you happen to be around and shout “Hello”. Not a good first impression. Check in was quick but we were not offered to be taken to our room or asked if we need help with our luggage. Not a smile in sight when we were checking out. - housekeeping is inconsistent - room cleaning is just basic sheets being fixed and towels changed, the bathroom is not wiped, sink not cleaned, no replenishment of body wash throughout our 4 day stay. We were not offered complimentary bottles of water as we should have been. - issues in the room e.g soap dispenser not working (and cleaners warning us that it doesn’t work rather than asking somebody to fix it), no tissues (when we asked for some they told us they’re only reserved for guests on floor 4?), tv remote does not work and no one came to fix it until we wrote an email to management (more on this later). - Staff members by the pool (including lifeguard) are very much preoccupied with their phones rather than paying attention to customers - us and another family had to wave for 10mins+ at them to come and take our orders; when ordering drinks they just seem totally uninterested and partially annoyed at having to serve drinks. To a point where I felt like apologising for having ordered a coffee. Drinks are overpriced. - The buffet for dinner doesn’t have enough labels on foods - especially the dessert section. It just says “desserts” with about 7 options to eat. When we asked a waiter for more information on the food he said he doesn’t know and “even if I wanted I can’t learn them because they’re so many”. Ridiculous answer. He seemed inclined to argue with us rather than apologise for the lack of appropriate labelling. If you happen to have an intolerance or worse, a severe allergy - forget about informed food choices at this hotel. - The lobby bar has a very limited selection of drinks (which is fine) but when we asked for Ouzo we were told only the restaurant serves it, and they can make an exception only on this occasion for us to go and get it ourselves from the restaurant - totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. After sending an email with our comments to the management during our stay, management was helpful, met with us, and responded to most of our comments. Nevertheless we are really not going to go back - it’s a shocking service. This is unfortunate as the hotel really does offer wonderful facilities (even though they are slightly unkept)."
