"My two daughters and I spent 2 night at this hotel. They accommodated us so nicely in 3 separate beds in one spacious room. The receptionist was so knowledgeable and helpful about sightseeing places to go to and things to do. Although this hotel is just outside the old city it is an easy walk from the hotel into the old city making it perfectly located. Continental breakfast was very good and very friendly and helpful lady working at breakfast. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it."

"Not worthy of 4 stars. everything very old in the room. First we were given a room with mold on the wall. the receptionist gave us another room with a discount of 10 euros per day. However, this room was poorly maintained, the bathroom, the shower nozzle was not working. the drama at breakfast was gone and not replenished. Ridiculously small breakfast plates. no one present. very dirty pool and beds. remote complex. The same marching band was playing the entire time you were there."

"A quaint villa with incredible views . The outdoor pool is set in an amazing location. Breakfast for us Europeans was a bit disappointing ( loads of sweet pastries, even freshly baked cake(!) but hardly any savouries, no plain bread and butter or some fruit at least. However when I commented on this the hostess graciously offered to scramble some eggs for me, which although I declined was really appreciated. The room was huge with an immaculate new bathroom which however had a strange glass "window" into the bedroom, so if travelling with older kids or you simply don't want anyone in your group "viewing you " from the bedroom while showering, do ask for a more conservative ensuite. One of the evenings there was a problem with the water supply and the hosts went to a lot of trouble bringing us buckets of water and complimentary drinking water to make sure we were comfortable . Definitely would visit again if in the area. Very good price for the historical value. "

"English: I have been to this property during the Christmas markets that were and are taking place during this period during the weekend and not only. The property currently presents itself externally with a renovation or if we want to call it refreshment in progress. In fact, when I arrived outside, in front of the entrance to access the reception, there were some piles of earth that from what I understood were or are needed to fill the external wall, where some plants will be planted. The welcome was really kind and professional, we checked in and in a few minutes we took possession of the room that was on the first floor. Generally speaking, the general decor and style of the room is Vintage with Parquet on the floor. Room for three people of the right size with upholstery on the sides, like carpets which in my opinion, with the heating on, tends to increase the internal temperature. In fact, I noticed that the convector heater that was present, even programming it at low temperatures, still could not cool the room (we slept for a few hours with the window slightly open otherwise the room would not cool). I started thinking that the carpets surrounding us were to blame. Small but functional bathroom with shower. TV in the room with balcony overlooking the main road. As a hotel it is a very strategic hotel for how it is positioned, but it is not a 4 STAR as reported. Good quality and quantity breakfast. With a few small adjustments and with this refreshment they are doing it could really be a good place to stay."

"Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική ήσυχη τοποθεσία στη μεσαιωνική περιοχή: εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια (μέγιστο 10 λεπτά με αργό ρυθμό με βαλίτσα στη ρυμούλκηση) για όσους αφήνουν το αυτοκίνητο έξω από τα τείχη και 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης. Ουσιαστικά επιπλωμένο, με έπιπλα λίγο παλιό, αλλά καθαρό και φιλόξενο. Το δωμάτιό μου ήταν πολύ μεγάλο, μέχρι 4 άτομα μπορούσαν να μείνουν σε αυτό. Αρκετά ποικίλο πρωινό σε μπουφέ, με φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Χρησιμοποιώντας τον μετρητή αξιολόγησης (από 1 λεπτό έως 5 μέγιστο): ποιότητα 4 και ποσότητα 3 (αναφέρεται στο πρωινό), τιμή 3, υπηρεσία 4, περιβάλλον 3. "
