"The place is ok, good value for money. There is coffee available for guests. One problem is that the kitchen is upstairs and they create problems because you can't go up before check-in or after check-out, and they are very strict about that. And if you are going to leave after check-out and come back later to get your things, would you have to take items out of the fridge so they start to spoil? I left things in the fridge and about 3 or 4 items out too. I went up to get them, and the manager, who was in the kitchen and saw that I didn't use the stove or anything, got mad at me afterwards, wanting to charge a day-use fee, just because I also left the table a little dirty. That woman has no talent for dealing with hospitality, her presence there is like a glitch, doesn't harmonize with the rest. She's been a public school teacher all her life, and now at the end of her career they've put her in a job for which she has no aptitude whatsoever. I understand that it's not at all nice to have left the table a bit dirty (a little of powder fell from a package), and I felt bad, but she didn't know how to handle the situation, she was rude and got into an emotional confrontation with me, as if she was angry. Unprofessional. The other employees are good, but they made a mistake with the choice for manager."
