"Πληρώσαμε την επιπλέον για μια θαλασσινή θέα που ήταν μεγάλη ντροπή που το κρεβάτι έπεσε την πρώτη νύχτα και η καρέκλα του υπνοδωμάτιου ήταν βρώμικη. Το ξενοδοχείο χρησιμοποιεί τους πόρτες στο μπάνιο, το δωμάτιο είχε μόνο ζελέ ντους και πλυντήριο χειρών (η αναβάθμιση είχε και σαμπουάν, κλιματιστικά και ροζ πόρτες). Τα ποτά ήταν πολύ ακριβά, 9 ευρώ για ένα δυστυχισμένο ποτήρι άσπρο κρασί και ένα σκανδαλώδες 11 ευρώ για Bacardi και κόκα! Η προσφορά τροφίμων ήταν μοντέλο μπουφέ, πολύ καλή σειρά επιλογών, αλλά έπρεπε να είστε νωρίς, αφού δεν συμπληρώνουν πολύ! Αυτό σήμαινε το πρωινό δείπνο στις 7, αλλά πολύ ακριβό για να περάσουμε το βράδυ στο μπάνιο. Ήμασταν μέρος μιας ομάδας των 48, αλλά δεν καθόμασταν σε μια συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, έτσι δεν είχαμε ποτέ την ευκαιρία να σπάσουμε τον πάγο σωστά. Ένα 15-20 λεπτό βόλτα από την πόλη που είναι αξιαγάπητο, εστιατόρια/μπαρ/ καταστήματα παγωτών/προσκλήσεις Ferry. Απολαύσατε την άδεια μας αλλά δεν θα επιστρέψετε."

"We had a terrible experience at this bar. They are outright frauds, serving fake Aperol, cheap Aperitivo and wine, at tasted awful. Instead of real Aperol, they gave us a cheap substitute. The coffee was undrinkable. The staff was arrogant and condescending, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. The prices are ridiculously high, with cocktails costing 10 euros each. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not coming again."

"Whoever from Jet2 rated this so called hotel four star obviously has not stayed here. Basic 3 star. Get your staff back to stay here and do a proper review and stop misleading customers. Rooms small, offering bed, table and one chair. Average wardrobe space. Small fridge. Small balcony with 2 chairs and table. Sea view, just, trees block out view. Bathroom adequate and good shower, no bath. Air con ok. Real contention was the carpets, corridors and bedroom, so many stains, not sure if sun cream, drinks or something else! Did not feel safe walking on carpets without footwear. Very unhygienic. Hotel should either invest in a proper carpet cleaner or replace with tiles. Disgusting looking at the stains every time we entered hotel. Spoke to other guests who had the same concerns. Hotel reception tiny with one staff member on duty. Often seen queues forming outside. Hotel staff pleasant enough but not overly customer centric. Sun-beds, after 1030am good luck finding any. Noticed at night still glasses, full ashtrays next to beds. Pool ok. Wifi good. Directly outside complex next to sea, lots of spaces for sunbathing. Most people just lie on towels. Vendor has sun beds on offer. Not sure what the charge is? We went half board. Buffet style. Open air venue, breakfast and dinner basic but food was fine, apart from cooked meats, the number of flies on the cooked meats was concerning as a health risk and the meats should really be kept in closed containers. Absolutely no staff checking which hotel guests should be eating here. Any stranger passing by can have free breakfast or dinner. Never been to a hotel that does not check validly of guests to eat there. Overall extremely disappointed by Jet2, we feel as though we have been mis-sold the holiday. Would not return and could not recommend. "
