We came in October and we liked the hotel so much that we decided to come back again in December during Christmas holidays. We stayed in one villa to have more space and it was amazing! Alex ( thanks a lot for making perfect our holidays!) helped us to move to another villa with great sea view the following day we arrived. If you are in a villa you can have the breakfast buffet ( really good mixing Chinese and western food) in its beach restaurant Horizon, looking at the ocean, which is really nice. Another important thing is that the outdoor swimming pool next to the lobby is warm! So even though is December, you can enjoy swimming. We love this pool and being able to reach the great beach in one minute! Alex also helped us to book at the Chinese restaurant and at the end year party. We tried the Korean restaurant too. All these experiences were perfect: the food, the service, the environment… Le meridien is one of our favorite hotels in Hainan ( for all these reasons and for its great staff like Alex!)! We will come back soon!

The service is really good, and even surpasses Xiamen Haiyue Villa in my ranking. Almost all my requests are answered. How many nights? All implemented. There are a few things that impressed me deeply 1. The weather was hot, so I wanted some ice to drink Coke, and a big bucket was delivered immediately. At the end of February, I went to Chimelong Zhuhai and also asked for ice. My child’s hand was injured and he needed cold compress. I waited for 20 minutes. 2. The child felt that there was sand and debris in the sheets when he was sleeping. Without saying anything, he even changed the entire bed and quilt for us at 22 o'clock. 3. Parent-child activities are also very popular with children. I originally planned to simply stay in the hotel, but I didn’t expect that I stayed there for 3 days and didn’t have much fun. I didn’t even go to the scenic spots I planned around. Tell me some shortcomings 1. The lady at the front desk who checked us in on the 22nd was hard to describe and a little impatient. 2. It is best to have less puffs in children’s puff sleeves, as some will choke the throat. Others are super satisfied. I don’t know if I won the lottery with the benefits of Cortana’s housekeeper. She really brought us a lot of luck.
