Booked this hotel through Ctrip.com. There are some good and bad reviews online, but in the end I wanted to experience it myself. After arriving at the hotel, the impression at the front desk and lobby was average. The waiters/clerks did not greet customers and send them to the store. There were clerks sitting in the lobby when arriving and leaving the store, but they did not want to help the guests move. They lacked service awareness. The room size is okay and relatively comfortable. But the room hardware facilities are old and the quality is not good enough. The sanitary conditions are average, the towels are old and dark in color. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and the sounds of talking and fighting in the next room were clearly audible. Breakfast is poor, with few varieties and no meat dishes. It was said to be 7:00-8:30, but on the first morning when I went there at 7:50 there were basically no dishes. I told the waiter to order more. After talking for a long time, some shredded potatoes were served. The only staple food is steamed buns, flower rolls and fried dough sticks, both of which are cold. Booked this hotel through Ctrip.com. There are some good and bad reviews online, but in the end I wanted to experience it myself. After arriving at the hotel, the impression at the front desk and lobby was average. The waiters/clerks did not greet customers and send them to the store. There were clerks sitting in the lobby when arriving and leaving the store, but they did not want to help the guests move. They lacked service awareness. The room size is okay and relatively comfortable. But the room hardware facilities are old and the quality is not good enough. The sanitary conditions are average, the towels are old and dark in color. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and the sounds of talking and fighting in the next room were clearly audible. Breakfast is poor, with few varieties and no meat dishes. It was said to be 7:00-8:30, but on the first morning when I went there at 7:50 there were basically no dishes.
