Had a fantastic experience! This was my first time staying at this hotel. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, everything was spotless, and there were no strange odors at all. I'll definitely be back. We also asked the front desk staff to do our laundry, and it came back super clean. When we ran out of water, the front desk sent more up to our third-floor room for free. The gym is also really good, and there's a snack street right next to the hotel. It's super convenient for transportation, very close to both the subway and bus stations. No complaints!

Due to a flight issue, I booked this hotel last minute. It truly exceeded expectations; the room was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. Everything was up to Sheraton's standards, and the lobby on the first floor was also very grand with great design. The staff (young ladies) were enthusiastic. One evening, while dining at the coffee shop on the first floor, my child accidentally spilled an entire bowl of braised pork rice on the carpet. A male server immediately came over and, with gloves on, cleaned it up from the floor. Deliveries from outside were brought up to the room by robots. One time, when the robot was busy, a staff member personally brought the order up, which is a great touch since many five-star hotels require you to go down and pick it up yourself.

Had a fantastic stay! I booked this hotel near Hankou Station to catch an early train. Even though I missed the regular breakfast, the front desk thoughtfully prepared a breakfast bag for me, which was a very nice touch. The environment and hygiene were great, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the room was perfectly adequate. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. It's truly close to Hankou Station, just a 10-minute walk. Five-star rating all around, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm taking a train! 😁

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel's location near the train station made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, it rained during my visit, and the elevator in the underground passage at the entrance was out of service, which made getting around a little difficult. However, the hotel's service more than made up for it. The staff proactively offered us raincoats when they saw the rain, which was incredibly thoughtful and saved us a lot of trouble traveling in the rain. The room itself was clean, tidy, and refreshingly decorated, with very comfortable bedding. Complimentary bottled water was also provided, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and communicated very well. While the elevator issue was a minor inconvenience, it's understandable that equipment can be affected by rain. The hotel truly excels in its service details and you can feel their care for guests. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was generally clean, and the reception area had a modern, futuristic design that made a good first impression. The room itself was decent and comfortable enough for the stay. However, the biggest issue was that I did not receive the room type I had booked and paid extra for. Instead, I was given a cheaper room, which was very disappointing. If guests pay for a specific room category, they should receive exactly what was reserved. Another downside was the layout of the hotel. Finding the room was unnecessarily difficult, as the corridors felt like a maze and navigating through them was frustrating. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, especially the cleanliness and reception area, but the room allocation issue and confusing layout significantly affected the experience.

My stay at Fairmont Wuhan was fantastic. The hotel has an elegant ambiance, and the rooms are clean and spacious – more than enough room for comfort. Its location is also very convenient, right next to a subway station with two lines. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to Lily at the front desk for her kind and thoughtful service and efficient check-in process. Also, a big thank you to the butler, Mandy, who provided attentive care and handled all the details meticulously throughout my stay, from check-in to departure. Overall, it was a truly comfortable experience, and I will definitely choose Fairmont Wuhan again next time I visit Wuhan!

Environment: I absolutely love the decor of this hotel; it's simple yet sophisticated, with a very high-end color palette. Facilities: The bed firmness was just right, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the towels were fluffy and soft, and the toiletries smelled great. It's newly renovated and very clean, offering excellent value for money. Service: Extremely satisfied! They answered all my questions, and even offered chilled bottled water before I left on a hot day, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The room cleaning was meticulous, and the toothbrushes were of good quality. Very satisfied!

Come to Wuhan with my girlfriends, the overall experience exceeded expectations. The staff is warm and caring, the room is meticulous and dust-free, the duplex room type is fully equipped, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city view at night, there are many shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to travel and eat.

Orange Hotel is as reliable as ever. Each time I go to China, my first choice is always Orange. Clean and service is good. Its a no brainer choice. This hotel is near Hankou station so its super convenient to head to train station for my next destination. Its also near the subway station and its convenient to go to the other tourist attractions.
